I use Tropolite premium whipping cream I had one query when I take the full packet from the freezer and keep it in the fridge side the previous day of cake Frosting the entire packet melts
But I use only 1 cup from the full packet is it ok to keep the remainder thawed or melted cream to put back in the freezer?
Will the cream beat nicely and stiff the next time we use it?
Please give the solution as I have heard that the whipping cream once thawed will not work as good and it looses it's stiffness
Is that right?
The remaining cream need to keep in freezer ..Shake well before using the melted cream... otherwise fat content will come first and water content will remain there... when you use the same cream second time the remaining part will be more watery and won't get the stiffness also.
I keep remained cream in freezer. And take it for next cake. Make sure that it keep in airtight.
