Books for the smallest children are picture books with pictures which they can recognize and go through with an adult or alone. I wouldn't call it reading, since text doesn't have relevant role in it.
Those books can have text telling a story or giving names, but that is mainly for the person reading the book with the small child.
It is true that some children can learn reading early, but then we are most likely talking about 5 to 6 year olds.
Many learn to read at the preschool age, meaning at 6, since part of the preschool is teaching letters and helping them into learning reading the next year at the first class at school.
Preschool is also the time when the development of the child is checked and the readiness for starting school gets estimated.

Please respect the peace and quiet inside a library. Do not video and speak loudly inside a library. It's very rude and shows lack of consideration and basic etiquette 😮

I am sure you intended to say that applicants can apply up to 6 different study programs in the application form in the joint application. Just one application form can be submitted. If you submit more, all but the latest will be ignored.
Study programs can be chosen from all the participating higher education institutions meaning Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences in Finland. Study programs you choose to apply to don't have to be from different educational institution.
There are big enough differences between Universities and Universities of Applied Sciences (UAS) to not call them all universities in Finland. There is more obvious distinction in their names, if you use the original Finnish terminology,:
    University - Yliopisto in Finnish
University of Applied Sciences - Ammattikorkeakoulu in Finnish.

Thanks for your comment. I meant that one joint application is used to apply for same study programme in 6 different Universities or Universities of Applied Sciences. It also depends with the study program the applicant is interested in.

Applicants don't have to limit themselves applying for the same or similar study program in different institutions. It is very natural that a person has a firm opinion of the field they like to study in, but knowing exactly which study program can be less clear. Therefore several programe can be interesting.
And of course some people are interested in several possible fields of study. They want to try getting accepted to more than one field of study to be able to choose one in the end and not before knowing where they would be accepted.
      Excerpt from studyinfo:
"Joint application means that you can apply to up to six (6) study programmes with one application form. These 6 options may include degree programmes from one or several different higher education institutions. There are three joint applications per year, two that offer study programmes in English (one in spring and one in autumn) and one that offer study programmes only in Finnish and Swedish (in spring).
In the spring joint application for study programmes offered in English you do not have to place the study programmes in order of preference, and you can be offered admission to several study programmes. For example, if you are offered admission to three out of four study programmes on your application, you can choose which offer of admission you wish to confirm.
In the autumn joint application (as well as spring joint application to Finnish/Swedish-taught degree programmes) you must place the study programmes in order of preference, and you can be accepted to only one study programme. You will be offered admission to the programme that you have placed highest on your list of preferences and to which you have enough points to be accepted. For example, if you are accepted to your second study option, your lower options (3-6) are cancelled, but you can remain on the waiting list for a possible study place in your first option.
You can confirm only one offer of admission in education that begins in the same academic term."

A long time ago I was one of the young people trying to decide what to study. I didn't know enough of most fields and was somewhat interests in many things since everything was new and interesting for me. I ended applying to study programs in different fields in several higher education institutions. Mathematics and Physics as theoretical sciences where interesting for me and I got accepted.
But I applied also to some more practical technological study programs like Electronics and that was what I actually started studying. But after a year I realized that actually computers and software where what I liked to do. So I applied again and got admitted to an other study program in an other university to study two study programs simultaneously.
People studying two or even more degrees are not very uncommon. More often people combine different studies from different fields to become more widely educated. It is the way to build more foundation for a more unique and comprehensive skills.

Living in Finland isn't so easy, if you don't have professional skills, language skills and couldn't compete except for the lowest paying jobs. Assuming that just moving to Finland would make things easier isn't a good assumption.
You should at least have some ambitions and interest to give you enough motivation to take on some challenges and overcome them. Just finding any job isn't a good start in that direction. Becoming a good cook or having some other vocational skills and qualifications would be a much more clear starting point and would give you direction of what to do.

You seem to realize that wishing and praying isn't a start.
Do you know why your highschool didn't go well enough compared to your expectations?
Knowledge about yourself is a good start in trying to plan for future. Think about ways to improve what needs to be improved and think about optimizing the use of your strengths and positive qualities.
Is caregiver a life long career for you or just a phase in your life?
Working with people language skills become key for making it possible and successful.
Are you interested in and ambitious about learning new languages and cultures?
How open are you for change and settling into a different culture? Can you handle being between cultures?
