As Nairobian living and working as real estate agent, this price is very overpriced, this house could not cost over 700k dollars. 1.3 million dollars you can build your own real estate with over 40 units.

1.3 million. When you look at this and then check the overpriced, unworthy real estate in places like East Legon, then it's really funny. Coz this would've cost like 3 million in East Legon, which i think is nowhere even near this neighborhood.

There are properties in USA and not even worth a million dollar but the value is in the currency the million dollar home in East Egon will be worthwhile in currency return thus it has high ROI.... understand money and investment b4 showing us your ignorance.. ignorance is more expensive than education
