The house is looking brautiful. Would love a before in depth tour as of now and an after all the finishes in depth tour. The snow is beautiful. Creation is the most beautiful of all art and expression. Great job and blessigs to you. Enjoy the fruits of your labor.
I can tell you put a lot of time and waiting on light while setting up your shots. The smoke slowly exiting the chimney and setting up the camera where your work of building a frame on the horses is framed by an uncased door opening. You have a beautiful house with extra beautiful details.
Dang, what a freak accident, looks like you’re healing well though. I broke one of the long bones going to your toes, I was a line cook in that boot for months, took forever to heal clomping away back there. Super job on the jambs, matches the other wood well, very nice sun too!
I love it when your videos include your twin brother. Love how the house is taking shape. Looking forward to your kitchen and what that will look like.
Hope the flooring and tiling goes well. I thought we were having a wierd winter before last week. The 3 storms and it looks like a Maine winter. With the temps in the forecast, please let us know how the stove, insulation, and weather striping do. It was good to see the use of brass spring on the kitchen door. I think it is more durable and effecive than plastic/rubber weater striping....
If you install tile flooring it actually absorbs the sunlight and radiates that heat throughout a room as well. The layout of your house is great for energy efficiency for sure
Just think of all those little moments of intense satisfaction you can relive in years to come by watching some of this footage. By the way, Bus...I still enjoy making your Chicken and Biscuits recipe occasionally, especially on a snowy winter day. Take Care.
Omg take care of yourself and let your body heal. It's a great time to catch up on a favorite book or indoor project you've been wanting to have time for 😋
I am mourning the loss of my oldest son Todd on Dec 10. He passed away from an upper respiratory infection and complications with his dialysis. He was just 46 years old.
You must let me know where you bought those self centering drill bits you used to drill the holes for the door hinges. Ive been looking for purchasing those
Hi Bus: Can you tell me what router and bit you were using for the door hinge inset and akso the self centering drill bit for the hinge screws? Thanks.
Great ending! Followed you for years and don't comment enough, like many others. We are silently behind you 110%.
Well thanks a lot!
Not too many years to finish I hope. I’ve watched from the start and I’m 81. It will be a joy to live there 🖖🤓🇬🇧
Ha! Thanks a lot for all the time following! Very soon.

It was really painful . cooking like that would be a nightmare. I worked a line for a few years.
Good steady hand with the router!
That’s funny!
Thank you kindly.
Good morning Bus, looks great. Take care.
Thanks
Can't wait to see what hue will be picked up by all your white walls. Carl says throughout the video, "He is something else!"
Yep, he is
Thank you! It will be so nice in the spring with the green.
So nice you've got the cabin, well done
Thanks !

@@BusHuxley I have had 2 24K heat pumps since 11/21. The next 2 weeks will tell if I need additional heat in Naples, Maine
Nice freehand with the router.
Thanks a lot

Looking good Bus! Keep plugging away at it and soon you’ll be able to kick back and enjoy all
Its getting there!
Love seeing the progress! Nice to see you milled the door frames. I think milled trim would look great, but I know it will take a lot of extra time.
So much work. i dont think ill have time for it.
yer a bloody marvel. heal up well mate. :)
Thank so much! Its a lot better now. Still a little floppy.

Thanks man!
House looks great, modern lines outside. 🍀
Hope your foot heals up well. 🍀
Same one that you broke years ago?
Different one! Thanks

👍
Quality of someones driveway? As someone who has read Robert Pirsig, I understand that completely. Heal up soon. Cheers, Tim
Yes indeed. It was so right.

They came in a great little kit I found in a barn i was cleaning out.
Maybe a treadmill?
It would be nice.

They were in some random kit I found. no name brand. They're great.
"almost" and "exactly" don't fit well together🤪
