I use to watch Blue Clues all the time as a kid........how did they get the idea to do this for their school project?
my scientific theory is that they where really high and where thinking what to do for a science project, and a younger child was watching blues clues so that became there idea, and they went to work on it. once they sobered up, they had already ordered the blue costume of etsy (hipster eBay) and it was too late to change it.
