I like your honest opinion on this watch and we share every word. Now Longines is underrated brand to begin with but this specific model is unbelievable. It looks so clean and so beautiful and to be honest very unique dial that does not look like any other dial in any brand out there, they did great job by creating something fresh. I am new to the hobby about 4 years into watches and everyday I look at watches and read about them. I have a couple of watches under 800$. I've been obsessed with this Spirit Titan for about half a year. I am trying so hard to save money and sell every watch I have to buy this one and then call it. I am not really into collecting just have not gotten the one that caught my heart. But this watch right here will be the really END GAME for me. I will be forever happy and proud to wear it for the rest of my life :) Nice video I am even more convinced now.
@@legobioniclemocmaker4553 I got mine for 1900 CAD so around 1400 USD for a used one. My wrist is 6.8 inches and the size of the watch is almost too long because it has a 49mm lug to lug. If your wrist is smaller than 6.5 inch, I would suggest the Longines spirit at 37mm if you really like this watch
Great review! I own this watch as well and I was also blown away by the level of finishing when I received it. I would say it's at least on par if not a bit better than my IWC Pilot Mark XX, and very similar to Omega/Rolex. Other than the lugs being 21mm, this would be as close to a perfect watch as it gets.
Really wanted to love this watch and got the 40mm SS blue dial on leather but it went back within days as the accuracy out of the gate was +9s/day on a full daily wind averaged over 4 days - ie not COSC and accuracy bettered by Tissot - and the lug finishing was rough on the top lugs (by rough think taking a metal file to the metal and grind away some ugly surfaces that are not as designed) and the buckle had three small dings. These are not inexpensive watches and I feel the COSC thing is pure BS marketing. Although the watch I had bought new was a dog I really did like it just very disappointing in the details at this mid price. Maybe I’ll give this another go as maybe the one I had was something that got under the QC bar somehow.
Bought one year old spirit titanium from Chrono24 and paid 2550€ for it. It just arrived and it looks great. I watched this video like 10 before that :D I think the look of this watch is timeles and will be a keeper for a long time. I do not think it will apreaciate too much in value as it is a Swatch group brand, so they will pump them out with slight price increases to meet the demand. So it will not be the new submariner, but it would have the potential by looks alone. Probably a good thing, because I bought it with hopes that I can wear it 90% of the time, even in bars on saturdays without being afraid to be robbed. rolex, tudor, omega are a bit too known, so I would not be as comfortable with them.
@@GeorgeTropicana Good deal! Most things are less expensive in USA. I guess the market is larger there and therefore more efficient. In europe its smaller businesses doing small scale business across borders, so the volumes are smaller and the margins are larger. I see similar prices for american watches in chrono 24, but they are not a good deals for me as there would be taxes I need to pay. But anyway I am happy with this :D Its insanely accurate (for now). It has gained only like 4 seconds in the last 3 weeks.

The watch is great. But your ring-camlight is horrible. I always can see the reflections of that light in the glass of the watch...
