As you know Marshall died a week and a half ago, Arnaz and Rich Little are still alive. Met Rich in Las Vegas, he is a great guy, took a picture with me and have it hanging in the living room, friends are surprised by the picture.
Actually, the show first began airing in November 1971 in syndication though many stations didn't start airing it until almost a year later, in many cases running a year behind when they were originally filmed from what I remember reading at first.
This doesn't come from GSN as there's no TVPG rating or network logos, but this episode might well have aired on GSN in 2002-03. If not, it hasn't been seen in 45+ years.
After watching numerous editions of this show over the past two weeks I have no doubt some of these "stars" were on drugs, alcohol, pills or some combination therein.
during the earlier episodes of the night time version they didnt play music during the secret square description. i dont know when they started doing it but by 1974 they were
I'm sorry but Peter Marshall never knows the state of the game and always stumbles over the question readings. I hope he did better describing floats at the Rose Parade.

Peter won a number of Emmys for this show. Maybe you might say "It's not what you know, it's who you know."
Did Lucie Arnez ever read...anything?
