Great video!!! Thank you for putting on a master class on how to answer comments on CZcams. You are always respectful to those you answer, and that is very cool.
I operate a Mower Max. They have videos on CZcams too. I have been operating it off and on for a year. Not operating iy during storm damage cleanup with the county government. But any other time I love it!
I love that time-laps when you are mulching!
Looks pretty neat huh
They both have clear advantages. The biggest advantage here is that you have options now that will make your business more efficient, offer better service for your customers and make your job easier. Great stuff! 🇺🇸💪
Thanks Mr. Olive 🙏🏻
Glad to see your new video
Loved your last video Bless all Three of you and stay healthy.
Thanks Frank
I run both a Fecon FMX36 and a Cat Flail mower HFM110. I used the flail mower much more than the mulcher. My flail mower also has a roller on the back to prevent gouging or digging in. Nice work. Aloha.
Thanks for the insight Gill
For this job, BM. Appreciate the video.
Thanks my friend
Great tutorial Todd.
Thanks James 🙏🏻
Super pekna praca 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I foresee hydraulic line problems with those hoses dragging the ground.
You do some beautiful work.
Thanks Brent 🙏🏻
How well would a vio55 work with the 36" forestry mulcher? seems like compared to vio80 the flow is about 1/3 less.
Nice work buddy. I would say both attachments have their place. Thanks for sharing
Mr. Elite is in the house!!! Thanks for dropping in my friend🙏🏻
@@DigginLife21 lol you bet man
Good stuff, I hope to try one (not sure which one) my mini at some point. Thanks.
Kapper Outdoors is in the house folks!!! Do em both my friend. I appreciate your videos on fixing the leak in your pond. I used your method on the last pond repair video I did 🙏🏻
@@DigginLife21 Man that is awesome! Keep up the good work, glad it worked out for you!
Hey Todd, how do you figure the pricing on jobs like this?
Todd,
I see you tie the thumb to the stick, how do you run the hydraulics to speed up the mowers? hold the button down on the control joystick?
Hey bud I’m looking to get my first mini ex . I do tractor work, weed abatement grading kind like what you’ but just in my 3rd year .Also I have Tracked skid steer now I’m ready for a mini ex what size and brand you’ suggest ? I mainly do ranch properties Horse properties etc I need a enclosed one also what should I watch out fir when buying a used mini ex . Any advice is appreciated keep up the good work !
Sweet 👍👍👍
Thanks for all the knowledge buddy , it’s hard to hear you in that machine, maybe next time try to get the mic closer to ya .
Have a great new year be safe out there 🙏
My kids have a skid steer with a Bush Hog and think a Mulcher is better overall if more expensive..
Its hard to watch a rotary mower on an excavator with out a tilt rotator on the end of the stick. you can follow the flow of the land with ease. much more efficient in all regards when it come to an attachment to the excavator. I like mowing with the rotary mower compared to the mulching head of the fact that it far lighter and is easy to toss around.
Excellent work as always. How do you get into a job like that. Been looking around for contacts but falling short . If wouldn't mind one company man to another a little tip would be appreciated tremendously. PM if would be cool with it.
Definitely need to shorten them hoses. To ling but 8 know u know that. I can just see them get caught and blow a hose. Great job and I think I like the brush master after seeing u use it.
You sir are correct. When my mower comes in I’ll make sure the hoses are shorter
Hi Todd great video as always
It’s hard to hear what you are talking may be if you Jackie the volume next time please.
Thanks
I like the Fecon 👍
It’s a tough boy
@@DigginLife21 I just like to watch the chips fly 😂
COULD YOU PLEASE WRITE THE ADDRESS & MOBIL NO, AND THE PRICE OF GRSS CUTTER, WHERE TO ORDER.
On thing I didn’t hear you mention is the time savings when you are doing maintenance on those two. Checking the blades takes a couple mins as opposed to checking each tooth to see the wear on them.
Man I just love this channel
Todd that work out nice I wonder if a bunji cord would hold up the hydraulic lines to keep them from dragging the ground
I should probably do something with em
Do you get a contract with a county to do that?
Happy New Year
My cousin just put an automatic greaser on his he don't even get out the grease it ever except for to fill the tub up
One thing about the rotary those blades take one heck of a beating and seem to last a long long time......teeth do last a while ......unless your in rocky stuff.....
got both
Just getting a mini excavator E55 bobcat which cutter would you suggest? I know it depends on the job but which one would give me to biggest range of work type in your opinion?
The Brush Master for sure
Great, now I need to find one of these too lol. They both definitely have their place but it looks like as far as bang for your buck the Brushmaster has a big advantage. I didn't realize it until a couple weeks ago, but Fecon is built about 30 minutes from my house.
Brushmaster is where it’s at as far as money for sure
need to get some bungee cords on those hoses to hold them up before they snag.
Why didn’t you fill the mower the same way you filmed the Fecon from outside at 30X speed?
Can I put a mower on a kubota 33. I think it's to small but the sales people are saying I can.
I would say so. Maybe a 3 or 4 foot mower
I would buy a midmount unit for a tractor if you are only going to do roadside brush cutting. Would check with dealerships and also Alamo Industrial
You can't reach as far off the shoulder of the road with an Alamo on a tractor.
Not even close to as effective
Will the brush master cut 3"
Yep
Hey Todd, is the a Brushmaster or a Bushmaster attachment?
Bush master
@@DigginLife21 You rock Todd! Think I'm gonna get me one of those tools to add to my business!
I'd say each have their place.
True story Ryan
You would have to do a lot of mowing to recoop the $10K cost of these things.
Heavy- breathing.....
I want one!!!!!
Why do you have to cut all the grass clear to tge tree line? Why not leave most of that for habitat for pheasants, turkeys to winter in. One does not need that much of the grasses cut back from the road to drive safely.
Because it keeps growing and turns into trees. So obviously you have to cut it back. It's done on every road in every state in the country. Silly question 😃
Brush master for brush for sure , but when it comes to heavy duty mulching ? Fecon will easily out perform the Brushmaster.. but when it comes to brush? Brushmaster will out perform the Fecon . I myself do not have much of a call for Brush cutting , but mulching is what’s happening here where I live big time
Thanks for taking the time to comment and share the input 🙏🏻
Love your vids but the sound is really crap...
I know it my friend. I’m working on getting a better sound setup
When you are in the cab and the engine is running, I can't understand you. I've noted this before. While I appreciate the CC, while reading it I can't pay attn to the video. Much prefer you out of the cab or with engine shut down or doing a voice over where you can be understood.
I agree..
Agreed. A lapel mic would fix the problem.
Skip it.
