Watching is nice but the talking helps a lot too. I have learned a lot just listening to the explanations and how to dialog. Don't change what you are doing, it helps us old guys learn new tricks.
Painting the interior for once!! Yes!! Once I heard that I jumped straight to the comments. Finallyyy.
Keep up the good work Ryan. Builds are comin along and looking amazing can’t wait to see what the future hold🤙🏽
From the home stove oven and plastic everywhere to this🔥🔥🔥
Love seeing you powder coat because that’s one of the things you don’t see in most truck build videos. Love the new setup man. Keep killin it!
Dude yes!!! I got a walk in powder oven a few months back and it was a life changer for me and my channel/Builds. Funny enough I started doing at home powder work because one of the older videos you did with the diy stuff!! So rad you're doing it all and killing the game
Took so long we’re full service now! Now it’s time to get back to building vehicles and not the shop hahah!
As always majorly saving my life motivational...... I'm building a powder coating own out a van , getting a old 80s - 90s Dodge ram full size van , gutting out the inside , the motor , transmission , the engine bay Mount my tank , building hanging rack inside , be a mobile powder coating oven.
The JIM BEAN RED STAG setting in shelf behind him at the beginning. Dam good drink
Bro ur videos just get better and better bro, keep it up you don't need to change anything.
Bro it’s looking bad ass!!! You’ve come along way…keep on grindin brother!! That jeep is going to be sick!!!

Good for you man. I’m working on building one my self. So pumped to get it done. Thanks for the motivation
What you do takes a tremendous amount of hard work and dedication! I appreciate you brother.
Getting my 20x12s done in illusion purple with gold flake in the clear coat as we speak. Should have them mounted Monday.
Amazing work Ryan
Cant wait for this build to be done. Going to look sick!
Looks great!!!
Should put some home insulation around all of the outside of the booth.
I really appreciate your attention to detail as well as you taking the time to explain what you are doing. I have never liked a Jeep but this one should look pretty damn sick. Keep up the great work.
Can’t wait to see the jeep finished
I feel like it’s my fiduciary duty to Remind you to use those safety squints 😂

Ryan is onto big things 🤙
You came along way keep up the good work. I bet in the future your going to build a big commercial size shop.
I'm too excited to see the wrangler done, Nice job Ryan!
Love the build can only dream of having a shop like yours.
You are doing an awesome job Ryan
So sick! Man the Oven is awesome and that color came out perfect !
Man you a game changer ! Keep the vid coming bro
Great video
Literally one minute after you mentioned tractor supply a TSC ad popped up 🤣
I think you want to build a spray bench/booth take a couple parts on the hooks hang them spray them in detail at a comfortable height then hang them on the rack rather than 30 pieces all at once on the rack head height 😉
Great job Ryan 👏 You've come a long ways since powder coating in your basement. I check youtube all day every day for you to upload new videos and they are always worth the wait!!! Keep up the good work brother 🤙
Gettin to the powder was weeks of moving and stuff were ready to go full speed now!
Keep killing it man! Can’t wait for the first gen build!
That is absolutely amazing your doing illusion purple because I just got my arb differential cover done in the same color
I loved purple is my favorite color you are doing great job powered coating
Thats sweet nice job
Even on a cell phone video the color looks amazing. Purple is way underrated ...and pink too, lol. As usual, great work👍
Absolutely loving this Jeep, Ryan. Cannot wait to see the bronco and 7tree done! Keep it up man 🤙🏼
That oven is banging…jealous, I would love to have a complete sand blasting & powder coating oven setup…if I had the money I would open a business doing it. Ryan you certainly have come so far since I started watching you building the sema truck in your driveway…congrats to you…keep up the awesome content…take care and God bless…David.
You have 100% come a long way and you are still going 🔥
Take your time brother it looks great keep chasing the dream brother
Keep killing it🔥🔥🔥
No complaints here on the content! I like the explanations that you give. Braking all your work down, is somethan that most channels don’t give. So keep it up bro! I for one appreciate itz
🤙 dude I would be powder coating the most random shit if i had an oven like that 😂
Keep up the good work Ryan 👍🏼👍🏼
Damn that is dope bro 😎 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼great video
Man I remember when you got the small home oven for powdercoating. You've come a long ways! Keep up the great work!
Nice man!
YESSSIR ITS GOOD TO SEE YOU FINALLY USING THE BIGGER OVEN. I remember seeing you powder coat parts when you had the Chevy in your basement. Which is a big power move. Keep it up
Love your content brother!! A ton of awesome information!! Thanks man! I'm working on a 2002 Yukon xl Denali build.
Keep up the great work! Really wish we had room to build an oven! Would have made powdercoating my 6.0s lift soooo much easier! Guess that will have to happen here very soon is an oven/shop build here on the channel!
Keep it up!!
All of your videos on your CZcams channel are so lit as hell 😎🎉
Sooooo waitng for the 7.tree to get dun!
Hey brotha , a big tools a " Mill paint test meter " look a tire pressure tool . But it reads the reads level of layer of powder coat , so see what your is best at what tightness ( 2.8 - 3.5 ish ) . Salute , blessings to everyone grind and motivations.....
Hell ya baby!!
We use a high temp PTFE on our rack and then loop our hooks over it. Will save having to change foil and deal with it.
Dam bro you should be proud you've come a long way great content love your work purple looks amazing!!!
Awesome bro!!👍🏼…Aloha🤙🏽
Didn't expect barney to be powder coating haha. I don't know what i t is about the purple but damn
I love your hussle keep knocking down those levels on the level up its super awesome to watch also if you lined the floor of the oven if would get hotter quicker
Bro you gotta wear some safety equipment you're like bathing in the dust glasses at least an welding gloves when you pull the rack in an out but inhaling all that dust ain't good
I remember freaking out as you were powder coating in your basement. I thought it would be a horrific mess. Moving up in the world!
Great job on the lift parts in your DIY oven Ryan. When you started putting all the parts on the rack, I was thinking to myself, wondering if there were too many parts on it to get really good coverage. Maybe split the amount of parts in half when there are that many parts. I can imagine how sore your arms were after. Kinda like drywalling a ceiling all day I’m sure !
You should be able to take those rear coilovers to a motorcycle shop that rebuilds shocks like those if that’s all you need. If not, an off-road shop should be able to. There’s some in central ohio about 2-3 hours from you but I’m sure there’s more around
Been powder coating translucent colors for 20 years now or more and I have a second gun as well always ready to go with my clear coat what I do is I spray my base put it in the oven and while it's still hot I pull it out and I shoot it with the clear it's called hot flocking works a million times better don't have to worry about missing areas of your part just the tip I would try to hot flock clear see how that works for you
Great job Ryan, keep up the good work...... By the way I still have a tailgate that needs painted.... Hint hint.... 😆
I’m sure you’ve seen it in the pc groups, they absolutely 🔥 clear vision. I switched to a Columbia clear when I redid my illusion sour apple suspension with much better results. Maybe try the 8’ ground rod trick with your Eastwood setup if you want to put off upgrading for a bit,it will definitely allow you to shoot at least one more coat (3) easily. Don’t sleep on Columbia’s stuff either if your wanting to stay south of $3k. From what I’ve seen their customer service is second to none. Oh! The pvc coupler slipped on the end of the Eastwood gun definitely helps too. Good shit as always bud!
Always excited for your videos. Curious What happened with the other shop? Are you Back here by yourself?
Hell yea! Glad to see you taking your tools for you builds to another level!
Out of curiosity how much powder of each powder did you end up using with the re-coating as well?
I think you should of built 3 racks that way you could have focused on one rack at a time
That’s how we did it at work but we have rollers so we focused on one set of rollers 1st then let it bake while we worked on the next set and so on
i am on a smaller scale. i just picked up a free oven and getting a harbor freight powdercoat gun
Beat the Algorithm💪🏽
im loving the content, I have had a set if fox 2.5 coil overs on my truck, going through one winter here in Upstate New York my coils and the upper threaded pieces are rusting.. Do you have that problem in Ohio?
My man...told ya..tractor supply
I just bought a 19 1500 that has the tow mirrors without power is it possible to add the regular mirrors with power? If so where can I buy aftermarket ones?
My bad. Y’all did y’all’s just the way we did ours. Sammach the insulation in between the aluminum.
Looking great! But be careful of carbon monoxide running that heater for long times.
You ever nervous spraying in the shop how far does the paint travel
Whats going on with LFTD Co??
8:16 😂
What kind and size of sheet metal did you use? Did you have to use hot or cold rolled?
I’m pretty sure 100lbs isn’t 1 ton Mr, Rusty “SêMä”build.
What day y’all gonna get down to Daytona?? I’ll be there Wednesday night
@@ryan2546 if I see you let’s get some shots of the jeeps together and before you decide on audio come see me in our booth Offroad wholesalers near the trolly entrance
@@erickpatnaude3884 not a brand yet! Def sizing up the speakers with those metra boxes!
@@ryan2546 okay i got you may even get ya to change up the build thoughts we have nothing but Jeep audio
Why do you have rebuild the fox coilovers because you took it apart from the spring ? I want to take mine apart to powder coat them too but you talking about it is making me 2nd guess
Now the only thing you need is some glasses or face cover
First ❤️💚
Or drop the height off the rack so not all the powder is landing on you. You will get better coverage if you can see everything better
When you have a professional gun it will only take you only 15min to coat all that. Also up grade your ground wire
Don’t fall for the spam comments
First yet again
be honest are you overcompensating
Did you powder it tho?? There is SO MUCH DIALOG in this episode lol
You’re doing awesome Ryan, none of your builds are “my style” but I always end up REALLY wanting them. Your level of hard work, focus, and attention to detail are all hard to match 👍🏻
