I really like the first one the fried spaghetti with egg. It looks delicious. I never seen that before much less actually tried it. I will have to make that one of these days.
What kind of cheese? Could you use grated mozzarella for the top?

Yes, yhey are slow. Just show the start. If it's a special process, show more. The way you showed cooking spaghetti, is a good example. The way you cut the tomatoes shows too much and is too slow. Just show the 1st slice, then a small glass bowl with all the finished cut pieces.

I am sure she wants more subscribers and if they get bored waiting to go from step to step - should she know so she can adjust and keep them? I like what she prepares and would love to have her keep on going - hence my comments.
