    Hi Manya! Great video! Helpful and inspiring. I signed up again at WW so the meals with points was nice to see. You’re so right about longevity. I’m 67 and trying to maintain my strength. Light weights and walking . I too seem to get hurt when I try too much . Most recently I bought myself an electric walking pad and fell during my maiden voyage 😂 resulting in 2 stitches and bruised ribs. I’ll stick to my outdoor walking!!! I still like to do the old Firm dvds too.
