THANK YOU. Finally, Bluestar got some recognition from Yale !!!
To be honest, not everyone wants a "smart appliance."

@YaleAppliance1 does Yale offer phone consultations for us unfortunate ones who live in other regional states that can't shop with you guys?

I chose an all gas range by bluestar because I wanted a true rugged range without all the electronics. It really depends on what the customer is looking for .

Shopping for a range only? I'd go Bluestar over Miele for the higher BTUs, easier-to-clean sealed burners, and aesthetic variety. Shopping for a kitchen package - fridge, range, dishwasher, wall oven - then Miele's my choice.

I don't get why people keep saying that sealed burners are easy to clean. They get food and grease stuck on them before you finish making the dish. And the more electric things on an appliance, the better chance it's going to break on you. All gas bluestar premium for the win every time.

Completely agree with you. I also think the open burners are much easier to clean since everything comes apart and can be put in the sink to wash.

Like the splash guard thing. Be nice if the Industry would adopt that over the "rising air duct" thing that used to be an option....and maybe could be again😅😅😅😅

I had the Bluestar 6 burner stove top in my last house and it was terrible at holding a simmer - too powerful even on the smallest burner. The new house has a less expensive GE Profile gas range and it holds the simmer much better than the Bluestar.

Not a fan of Bluestar from the multiple difficulties I had with in warranty customer service. When I escalated my issues I was ignored. Beautiful product but just not impressed with the post sale experience.
