The voice never changed, if it did, it got better. Scott looks amazing and takes control of the stage like he always did. If there is poetry in motion, Scott is music in motion.
Don't kid yourself. It was pretty bad there from 2009-2010 but started to improve around 2012. Scott's voice still doesn't have the rough grit it once did, but it's obvious he's capable of singing like he used to (You're not alone on his newest album proves this). I think he just chooses not to in order to preserve his voice. He doesn't sound "better" than before, I'd say it's on par with.

He said in an interview back in 2019 that he sounds different because he finally learned to sing. He had vocal training and it changed his voice a bit.

How the heck did Tremonti get that tone? Defiantly cranked to 11 on this one. You can hear the speakers compressing and the amp tubes "sagging", sounds like it's about to burst into flames!
Mark is one of the best guitarist/songwriters in music and i hate using the word underrated...but he is definitely overlooked by the industry IMO....his work with Creed, and Alterbridge is just Amazing!!!
Don't forget his solo project! The guy is phenomenal, and yes, very underrated, at least by the general public. I guess that's what happens when you have a few big pop radio hits. Most fans won't ever dig deeper than "With Arms Wide Open". Go figure.

it had some rough times but he got a coach and got it back, did the hard work
