RTÉ News reports on the death of Joseph Brennan, the businessman from Rathfarnham in Dublin who established one of Ireland's best-known and most successful brands, Brennan's Bread, whose long-running adverts have always carried the catchphrase "Today's Bread, Today". The man affectionately known as "Old Mr. Brennan" died on 26th May 2024, aged 82, 55 years after establishing the company which bears his name.
