Again whole day not working „due to maintenance“. How we are supposed to manage it? Even Aquarea Service Cloud is down! Would not expect something like this from Panasonic. What a bunch of pathetic amateurs! I am also IT, and there are many ways how to handle maintenance of any system with downtimes only in seconds! (E.g. switch to virtual server backup, or maintenance backup system and then switch to primary...) If you are no table to make it work for A WHOLE DAY, you should probably do something else, like sewerage excavation or so... VERY BAD experience!
