5 years later, this video honestly changed my life. It opened me up to new ways of being, gave me the happiest times of my life, and even the music has become my favorite type of music, and the sound I produce now
You can dance any size you want, but the longer the board the easier it is, 39 would be on the edge of being too small, something a bit bigger will be easier and more enjoyable.
There are pros and cons to smaller and larger decks when dancing. Larger decks are easier to control, but it takes a lot of leg muscle to lift and flip them. Smaller boards, like a 39s, are harder to control (they make tiny turns and sometimes do not accelerate smoothly), but they are easy to lift. If your dancing won't have a whole lot of flips, then a 41-45 inch may be your best bet. Otherwise, you can dance on whatever you want!
I'm a size 11 in women's, and have a pretty narrow stance. To me, 39' and below is too short, I can cross step and peter pan o my 38' pintail, but you can only do like two cross steps before you have to switch to a chop the log or something because you run out of space. I'd look into something 45' plus imo for dancing. I'm getting the LBL Komodo soon. 47.5', I love that board.
Sometimes \I wonder, how it's posible that chaps like He, has only 22 800 views? Stupid "back to texas' has 1500000 when guys shows couple not such a complicated tricks ;/ pathetic . good job Daniel keep riding and show some trick tips :pp

Is a 39 inch deck too small to dance on? I've got size 8 feet in woman's.
You can dance any size you want, but the longer the board the easier it is, 39 would be on the edge of being too small, something a bit bigger will be easier and more enjoyable.
search "ana maria suzano penny"
and u will see, there is no deck we
cant dance, but size and flex helps...
