I really enjoy that you use clipper over comb for a good majority of the cut! I love using that technique and it is nice to know that there still barbers out there that can do a fade while using clipper over comb! Big fan Of yours Jorge!🙏🏻

Is it not better to trim the hair to the desired length before fading? Or is it just personal preference?
Good question... personally, if it was a restyle I would do a block graduation first, just to establish your Shap and then go through and cut the top before fading...if the customer comes back a few weeks later for a freshen up then I think it would be okay to do the fade first ✌🏻 hope that helps ✌🏻

I usually sharpen only my liners my self 👍🏻 never my clippers. For my clippers I just replace the blade once the old one gets dull
