Any chance that you guys design custom car panels from newer cars like say a 90s Festiva?
Curious if you could redesign a floorpan for me to be made without a tunnel, but retain the shifter position for functionality and for floorspace as well as a custom flat panel as my idea is to design an interior floorpan and and external so I can utilise both pans as a Ev battery housing.
My other idea is to be able to incorporate a rear motor cradle for one of these as they never were designed with space for a rear differential but I would like in a future project to convert one to an AWD.. also I'd need to incorporate a spare wheel well that's minimal in design as to not lose luggage space in the boot..

What type of coating is on the repair panels, is there a special preparation before painting other than sanding ?
The parts I recieved seemed to be coated in galvanize.
Good stuff 18 gauge with all the originsl curves.
All parts need slight trimming
