    Good evening mam ....mam jab lymphnodes remove krte h mam toh wha hmare cutaneous branches of cervical plexus bhi sath hi hota h mam toh y only cn 11 is at more risk ?

      The lymph nodes are located very close to spinal accessory nerve. Cutaneous nerves are more anteriorly placed. Moreover, injury to spinal accessory nerve can lead to paralysis of trapezius muscle.
