Very nice keyboard fronts!
Thank you JGB
I wish I could learn to do things like this, not sure how you would even begin to find out. Super interesting, thank you for recording your process.
Thank You!

Yes! thank you!
Astonishing!!! Woodwork, metal skills, attention to detail and aestethics...
And humor: the phrase at the "I think it's very nice": LOL!!!
Of course it's nice - it is SUPER nice
Thanks! 😆
Finally a longer video again!
I'm glad you like it
You put so much care into the manual of your instruments because it is the point of interface between man and machine and having something beautiful with which to control your instrument brings joy and adds value to the instrument. My pipe organs are all automatic. If my instruments even HAVE a manual, it's used primarily for tuning. I made my last manual from a discarded electronic Yamaha keyboard which I found hanging out of a dumpster by its wires. I gutted the old electronics and designed my own. In my concept the human hand stands as an impossibly clumsy encumbrance to the music as my mind wants to hear it from the pipe organ.
What different philosophies, and yet each one is valid for it's intended instrument.
We might imagine that when we leave this earth our instruments will be admired and valued for different reasons, yours for the magnificent craftsmanship with which you created them while still requiring a skilled musician for them to produce music.
Mine, unfortunately, is likely to be admired and valued for the trailer in which it is installed, the organ (deemed to be a worthless piece of crap by it's new owner) may well be piled into a dumpster. So few people HERE appreciate the value of a pipe organ. If mine falls into the right hands, it will be admired for the magnificent music it produces automatically at the touch of a button. . . hopefully to be maintained and operated at events and continuing to create happiness out of thin air.
Hi Steve, thank you very much for your insightful comments, I really appreciate them.
Nice is not a word strong enough….beautiful result and the work of such precision can only be qualified by all the best positive superlatives of all the languages of the world. Very well done and thank you for giving us a view into a work of Art like this.
Thanks for your kind words!
Ok, when you have no money to buy a digital organ - just build your own 😂 great work!!!
Thanks!
Per le lucidature mi trovo molto bene con le spazzole in camoscio😉 eventualmente solo dopo il cotone😊
Ciao, ne prenderò una.
Very great work! Where did you find these template for the front of the keyboard, which appears at minute 4:29?
Thanks! I draw them by myself
"real parchment"? As in parchment leather? It looks like you used thick paper for the hinges...
Hello, obviously it's not cardboard, otherwise it would get ruined after a short time, it's parchment made of goat leather.
Hallow, kindly assist with this issue: In a tracker action organ, when pulling or selecting out a stop, why does the other stops next to the one you need also slightly move too, it seems as if they are joined together, coz my goal is to just pull out one stop not having to see the one next to it move too. Is this fixable or its how it is ?
what organ is it? how do you operate the registers? are they mechanical or pneumatic? by pull or by lever? in some organs there is a system that couples more registers, and if there is something that doesn't work well it can drag the one next to

Have you held back the construction of the positive organ for this organ?
exactly, since I want to deliver it by July I finish this one first and then I resume the construction of mine.
Right, just wondering. And I hope you don't mind me asking some questions about the positive organ:
Will it have a bass end, and do the two manuals play different registers of the instrument or two different types of pipes?
@@Ififitzisitz sure no problem. Each manual will have its own pipes, manual 1 a 4' stopped and manual 2 a 2' open, in order to have a solo keyboard and an accompaniment, plus there will be a coupling system 1 + 2
