Had a professional truck driver hook his boat trailer up to my truck just like the Ram guy does. I managed to pull the trailer from his property to the boat launch. Pull the boat up the ramp at low tide all without incident. Driving back to the highway I hit a wee dip in the road, lines up the hitch in the sleeve just right and it slides loose. Now I have a brand new tailgate, bought and paid for by the pro.
Dodge guy fixed all of the problems the Chevy guy left. He just wasn't aware that the Chevy guy forgot to put the pin in when he put his trailer hitch on
