Hearing you talk about how you felt with your ED helped me to realize that I also felt a similar way, I still don’t like the way I look but getting comments about it wether they are good or bad just tends to draw too much attention to the issue and I don’t really like talking about my body much. I do skip meals occasionally but nothing harmful, that was such a tough time for me and I didn’t realize how tired it was making me. In the end I’m very greatful for how supportive my mom was and I’ve even gotten my hair done so people don’t say I look like a boy a boy (I am biologically female but I have nothing against those who wish to change) or agree with me when I say I look bad. Love you Kris and I wish we were able to talk some time without it seeming weird or forced. ❤

A lot of ppl do this too because donkeys have a known generational grudge against coyotes and will absolutely guard chickens/other farm life from coyotes and other wild dogs so fiercely. They are like mortal enemies

i LOVE how you actually research what you’re going to talk about in your true crime videos, bc i hate when ppl make videos about them and falsely inform people about horrible events.
The whole Ed convo really hitting home in the sense that it is really hard to find that balance of trying to stay healthy but not let yourself cross that line and trigger yourself again. It is very much an everyday struggle that sometimes your own self-awareness can hinder.

I was abused as a child and had a few toxic relationships in my early years. I met my husband in 2003 at 20 years' old. We started dating in August 2006 and married in September 2007. He has continuously showed me what I deserve and made me stronger. I now demand at least the bare minimum, as we all deserve.

As a person who has struggled with an ED... Most of us never recover from it but the point is to try. You didnt eat anything today? Get them something salty, or eat together. The worst thing to do is to shame them. "Omg you have eaten so little" "have you gained/lost weight?" And remember eat atleast something, and drink ur water.❤

As someone with ARFID (a sensory processing ED that has nothing to do with body image) it is still important to not comment on anyones body no matter what eating disorder they have or don't have. I agree with that, thank Kris! You are my favorite content creator especially because a lot of creators (not all) are very fake but you're not, thank you :)
As a housekeeper finding a dead body on a hotel room is one of my fears. It would probably take days to know that a person has died. Because if I walk in and see someone sleeping I obviously leave and don't investigate further. If they are not out by noon I would leave a note. The next day things would get werid. If the chain is up it get more complicated. I have worked as a housekeeper for almost 8 years and it has never happened. One guest did make us worry and technically there has been one actual death, but she was checked on by her sister and was a whole other story.
My best friend in England has gone from being anorexic, weighing 90lbs to unfortunately seriously overweight, now over 300lbs. He struggles trying to get control and I try my best to let him know how proud I am if his progress and try to encourage him when he's feeling down about it all. It's a tough road to travel with him, but he's my homie, I wouldn't have it any other way

he should try a 100% meat & eggs based diet. he can eat as much as he wants and he'll lose the weight without any effort. sounds crazy but it's true. plus no worries about nutrient deficiencies as long as he eats plenty of red meat, it has everything our bodies need
@@Audifan8595yeah highly doubt that, you cant eat as much as you want and never gain weight that's just not true, if you eat WAY more calories than youre burning you're going to put on weight no matter what you eat. The best is a completely balanced diet, portion control, and exercise

Given the kind of people I dated in the past, I feel like I easily could have wound up in a VERY bad relationship, and feel so grateful to have found him instead.

Donkeys can be some of the most loyal and sweet pets. My neighbor had them at one point and they were PRECIOUS. Also once you move to Texas OMG the amount of haunted places is CRAZY and awesome.

When you were talking about the ED, I ended up with tears streaming down my face, as I've been struggling hard with my anorexia for just under two years. For me, I'm very rarely hungry, and I think the hardest thing for me is when my family physician asks me, "Do you want to die?". It hits hard, but even though I'm currently at a healthy weight, I believe he asks me because ever since my ED came back, I've been dealing with pretty severe hypotension.
I used to deal with Bulemia as well for several years, but luckily, I managed to get over that hurdle a few years ago.
When Kris was saying her top three favorite desserts, and she mention Angel Food cake, I screamed, "Yes!" It is my FAVORITE dessert, and I do not know why this connection between Kris and myself made me so happy, but I think that is just because that is who Kris is. She makes me happy! Thank you for that!
