What is the bank you can get a first time buyers mortgage in a multifamily, I'm finding that after 2007 housing crash, banks ain't doing it. I can definitely get the single family pre-approvals, I already got one. I'm bout to go to 5 banks straight, but it'd help if someone could tell me one to target. I'm not trying to put 10% down

I appreciate you, Jay, I went to your classes and we had a good time together, we took pictures together, and you made your point across about black oppression.
I pray for you as well but please, don't turn into an enemy of God with those kinds of blasphemous statements, even if you have a Muslim ideology, when you say thanks be to "Allah". I pray that you continue in the right path to help your people but know that you have a growing amount of enemies around the US. Not too many like the idea of black men or women being financial literate enough to build wealth. Why, because it threatens their wealth and they are scared of black people coming after them. Especially Washington, DC. You don't need God to be against you. That's an enemy you can't fight. God will deliver you out of your own earthly enemies, but you have to be humble. The more you go astray, the more you give room for authorities to radicalise you as someone that you are not, simply because you wanted to please people.
I pray that you be safe and continue to help your people and continue to please our Lord Jesus Christ. Not people. Everything else will fall into place.

You know it's funny, I seen Jay with in video ,when somebody asked him about Trump, and Jay said , "Trump is doing him, I'm doing me" but today I see Jay doing an interview with a "FUCK TRUMP" shirt on, Jay knows that all he has to do is is appeal to the majority of blacks emotions , and they'll like him, next he'll be wearing a dashiki, I love Jay and what he teaches as far as real estate, But I know by Jay's own words, that he does what he does because being "conscience" is the new trend, and many false prophets are rising to fill those slots
