When scanning the code, is anyone else having a problem where it just brings you to general code information then when you go to enter, only giving an option to manually input? I don’t see a written out code anywhere
Hmmm when I scanned the QR with my phone camera, it took me to log into Weverse. Afterwards it asked me "if I want to redeem the QR" and when I confirmed, it synced the content to the Weverse app. I believe I saw a short code when it asked to redeem, but I never had to input it manually.
I'm having the same issue!
@@kegraham try taking a picture with the code and scanning from the picture! That finally had it work for me
I thought it was just available for preorder and you couldn't get it until january?
This was an order from Weverse Global, not sure about other stores!

(I didn't receive my PTD yet) but when i check on weverse, the only option i see is to add a code, i don't have the scan the QR code option
The digital code, besides de QR came with a number and letter to add on weverse to see the content? Thx💜
When I scanned the QR with my phone's camera, it opened a browser for me to log into Weverse. I believe then it showed a code unique to my QR, but once I logged into Weverse I was able to sync the QR to my Weverse account. Hopefully you'll be able to do the same. I didn't see a scan QR code option in Weverse either, but was able to redeem the QR through my phone camera.

Yes, I believe so!
Do we need weverse membership to watch it through weverse?
You don't need a paid ARMY membership, but you do need to download the Weverse app (and have an account -- that's free) to scan the QR to watch.

Just got this. Where is the digital code to enter if you want to watch it on a computer?? I cannot find it. Says on website number is at the bottom but where? Can anyone help?
You have to use the QR code on your phone first to get the digital code. And then let the code in on the app/website
@@geelco I scanned it with my phone first. But it takes me to a page that tells me to enter the number at the bottom and there is no number. So where is it? I feel so dumb lol
@@geelco I figured it out! I didn’t realize when you hit add on the phone it prefills it in because I tried on my computer and it was blank. Thanks!

@@AWonderfulSheep I never bought a QR code before. Usually buy the dvds but since it wasn’t offered I had no choice. I felt so stupid! lol.
