It sad that Bobby bonded more with a stranger in his final moment than with his own son.
shut up checkmark
At least he was bonding with someone. Better than how half the crew went out that's for sure.
Show is full of heartbreaking little moments like that. Really strikes a nerve for me when they show certain aspects of dysfunctional families like abuse
He should have gone for the bike ride
Not a stranger, somebody who shared an interest
Just because you can figure out how to have unprotected sex doesn’t mean anything
They even shot the train so Bobbys mother couldn't bury it with him at the funeral
Lol good one
Don't let his traffic manager see him like this.
@Wasim Mohammed Those assassins that killed Bobby either need to work on their aim or they intentionally destroyed the train because they're just savages who have no self awareness.
Lol! Noice!
This took a good 5 minutes to get it😂😂

Bobby: well, you didn't have to blow roadies, but you did..

Kinda sad to see his kid outgrow his old man's hobby, and I think his fascination with model trains might have something to do with living out a more innocent, stress-free lifestyle. He even wears the conductor hat, as if for a few short moments he's no longer a mobster, but just a beloved neighborhood train conductor.
Someone in the comments below me mentioned that his son will probably be devastated that he didn't spend just one more day with him, and that's the kind of stuff that makes you lay awake at night thinking.
Its an hobby, its it really worse than say, gaming? Both serve no real life pratical purpose but at least in this you actually build something.
bro that makes me sad man. I feel so bad for bobby. He was a criminal at the end of the day. But god dam makes one wonder how things would've turned out if he wasn't in the mob. Either way dude gets my sympathy.

Anyone ever notice Bobby is exactly like
Tony when we get introduced to Tony in the pilot. Tony is playing with the ducks and his kids could care less. Bobby is playing with his trains and his son doesn’t care. The simpler things in life has passed them both.
That's a very interesting observation. Tony seems capable of genuine, childlike joy in the first season. That's why I don't agree with people who say Tony doesn't change throughout the show

@@user-xu9or3cs6yModels of all kinds seem to be getting more and more expensive.
I've been passively interested in these die cast jet fighter models (don't remember the brands unfortunately), and there were two models I was immediately interested in: one representing F-105D Thunderchief #62-4301 "My Karma", which was over $400, and F-105D #62-4299 "Desert Fox", which was about $250. Main reasoning behind a lot of the insane prices has to do with how many are available, when they are or were available, and whether or not they're out of production.
It gets even crazier when you start looking at the even more specialized "limited edition" stuff...

Despite being a mobster, Bobby was still a good guy deep down, never enjoyed killing or killed for petty reasons only for business. Not too mention was truly loyal to those he claimed to care about. His death really gets to me.
Being a mobster is what allowed him to consider buying $8000 train sets
