I just purchased a greater just like the one you are using, and yes it was cheap. I have new bearings sitting on my bench and wanted to see if and how the greaser would fit. I didn't properly. The 40mm one for the rear was .0005 larger diameter than the bearing ID. The front 35mm was about .002 under which was alright. The biggest problem was the greaser didn't have enough bore depth to reach the split on inside of the bearings. About .100 shy. My question to you would be is grease actually making it in your bear or just filling the distribution groove in the greaser. All parts were double checked for correctness and application. Cheers!
