Kino overload…
Evergrace mentioned
Evergrace? in the year of our lord 2024?
God if we get a for answer/verdict day type expansion game for AC6 they better cook this fucking hard with the OST
its likely since literally every ac game has had one but from is different now, on the other hand im afraid theres not a single song in human history better than mechanized memories
@@peeaxe109 mechanized memories is a really great remix of Remember tbh
i still love Remember 20th anniversary remix the most though
@@peeaxe109 **Cosmos (new version) enters the chat**
@@peeaxe109 but Fall tho :(
@@draydra good but there is nothing superior to mechanized memories in the end
I always thought Stargazer was the "we're so back" song in AC6, but this? This SCREAMS "we're SO fucking back" and I LOVE IT
To me, this screams 'We never left, Ravens.' There's so much passion in almost every part of AC6, it's like the devs were waiting as long as the players were to see it again someday
I feel like Kota Hoshino tried to approach AC6 a little differently with a more ambient approach, which works in-game but doesn't really work much when listened on its own, so i think the disk 3 is the way he wanted to give the fans something more, a different version of the song, something reimagined to be more standalone
Imagine when AC 6 new version where he actually fcking go ham and stop holding back for environmental song
God that shit would be so peak if they allowed us to have the ambient music be replaced by this@@ameerrusdi2540
it's immaculate. perfect in everyway.
@@ameerrusdi2540 that would be too much for our mere mortal bodies to handle
@@we-must-live we have to endure it for the peak ost
major 2007 vibes with this one, bless Hoshino
This version was arranged by Tsukasa Saitoh, not Hoshino.
Should've mentioned Miyazawa as well then. I didn't want to undermine Saitoh's effort going into this particular track, just that Hoshino made this remix possible in the first place
@@user-go3ct4dg6pthey are just musical band. As frequency was in old times.
with armored core 6 model kit announced by bandai under 30 minutes mission line, I'll fire up this banger song while building the kit
We back in the 2010s with this one 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🤣🤣
You know when people always said "Kota Hoshino was held back" I never really got what they meant... The ACVI soundtrack was great, and there's been plenty of AC soundtracks with more experimental songs that weren't super pump up or fast paced... But that being said, after listening to these new versions of the ACVI songs...
Kota Hoshino was held back
kota was given full reign over the music of AC6, he held himself back.
I think he simply approached ACVI differently than how he did for previous games... But yes, these remixes are very welcome (and this one has been rearranged by the equally legendary Tsukasa Saitoh to boot!)
Same, I still love the ACVI soundtrack on it's own. But these are definitely more in line with the traditional AC sound, they really remind me of AC3 in particular.@@Pizzifrizzo
Hoshino was probably trying to make it mesh better with the more story heavy focus of ACVI. I do understand since it would be a little off to have a song like Mechanized Memories playing during something like the Walter ending. I mean I would've loved that but I get what he was going for.@@dd-gl2qf
@@mrcourage6162 Totally not me, desiring to have killed for the universe where this did happen. I think the Armored Core music has always fit tonally in the sense that it's always been a juxtaposition. There's something oddly depressing about the songs in the older games, and I think that comes from the fact that it feels so human. You're driving around in these big mechs, moving at the speed of sound, murdering thousands for the sake of a paycheck, as one-liners are tossed out like candy corn to yearning children on Halloween, and all the while, you have shit like... this.
This is no diss on the ACVI soundtrack, either. I adore it for what it is and what it's doing, but damn, I really hope that there's an expansion or continuation that includes more tracks similar to this. It'd even make them feel more impactful due to their scarcity, I think.
this brings me back to AC nexus type ost's
I must be getting mad. I hear Perfect Rose at the end of the song
That's definitely Perfect Rose
yup, definitely perfect rose
Already loved Stargazer before, love this version too
HOLUP TSUKASA SAITOH IS BACK?!?!?!?!
@@Cue-Ball.It's still a bit odd he went from doing the majority of the music for ac to completely be absent from 4 and 4a, doing like 2 tracks for ac5 to being absent again in acvd but still weirdly doing plenty of music for the albums released in between these games, and the trend seems to continue here.
Also afaik both Saitoh and Hoshino joined the same time, surprised they're both still there tbh considering pretty much everyone else from that time left.
Saitoh is awesome, I'm always amazed by how effortlessly he switches from AC to Soulsborne music! Hopefully this means he's going to do more AC music moving forward
@@Pizzifrizzohe's around during vd and v he's the drummer for those soundtrack.
Man, this is one the few times I prefer the remix to the original... the combination Hoshino+Saitoh is just too powerful, truly peak AC music
THE PEAK OF FICTION!!!!!
I really like the ost of AC6, but THIS is the hype I feel it kinda lacked, I love it
THIS is what should have played during Phase 2 of that final boss.
Nah ALLMIND worked purely because of the hidden shape metal alloys
@@Cue-Ball.id like to hear you say this looking at the osts of literally every other armored core game. you’d literally crush unions while hearing jumpy techno in armored core
Nah, ALLMIND's theme is fine as is
I just think Allminds theme gets a little quiet. The Shape and 9 segments are pretty good and fitting for the intensity of the fight but at other times it's a bit... too calm.
@@peeaxe109 AC3 moment!

Real
i was originally going to come up with a witty jokey reply to this, but i cannot muster anything up, i am genuinely speechless.
I heard 3 seconds and my nipples are peaking, this is peaking, and this disc is peaking
Damn, that's «Flood of Life» vibe
I like it
I like this version so much more than the original it's insanely good
AC 6 base was for those who weren’t fully in on AC I feel but AC vindictus or whatever Vi name they give it will be for us I think
I wanna know who castrated the in-game soundtrack cause this sound like proper Armored Core music
Kota Hoshino
As people say, he was held back
Probably Hoshino himself, I'm afraid
Waaah, Kota did a thing that didn't tickle me nostalgia
I totally know more about Armored Core's music than the guy who actually fucking worked on it
@@apophis7712AC6 music bad compared to previous games simple as

I like this version of the song way more... Not a fan of the og tbh
