- It's time to get back on the road! Today I'm taking on my first restaurant challenge in over three months, so I might be a little rusty, but I'm hoping to put down Britain's biggest donut inside 40 minutes to win the £42 meal for free, a winner's hoodie and a special 'gold card' which entitles holders to one free donut a month for a whole year! Don't call it a comeback ;)

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Evening all! And a very special evening it is indeed…Tonight marks a long awaited return to restaurant challenges! I hope you enjoy the video and I’d like to say a huge thanks to everyone who’s been stopping by throughout the last three months or so. I know it can be a bit dull seeing me eat in the kitchen in every single video, but I did what I could to make things interesting. Anyway, of course we’ll have to be very cautious, but hopefully I can get out on the road over the next few months and maybe even further afield by the end of the year.

Nottingham! I'm there too and also went out to eat today for the first time in almost four months, with my daughters to boot, which was lovely. But to the pub, not Doughnotts, which I have to admit I had never heard of until now!
