Tried calorie counting, problem is it does not consider your leptin and ghrelin hormones which if you do not eat whole low carb foods they are going to mess you up if you count calories. Just eat low carb high protein meal that is satiating.
2 years ago , I tried Keto diet to help lose weight, kasi despite doing almost daily work outs , I wasn't losing the stubborn belly fat. Nag calorie and macro nutrient counting din ako. Lahat ng food ko calculated, I even journal my every meals.I also stopped exercising . Ginawa ko for at least 3-4 months. Sinabayan ko ng intermittent fasting , within 6 months to year na achieve ko target weight ko, from 57kg to 46kg (I know its not much but Im only 4'11''ft). Counting calories is a bit tedious but you'll get use to it , you would know the calories of the food you eat over time. Once I reached my target weight I transitioned to low carb diet. Im still maintaining my weight with out exercise.
What could be the cause of my ankles getting swollen during the day & when I raise them up on a pillow during sleep they're back to normal but the following day it gets swollen again. It's a day cycle. I wear compression stockings during the day. It helps. Is this a serious problem? How can I prevent this?

ako naman puro exercise walang diet, pumapayat ako pero same weight pa din hahaha, water retention ata un pero i feel healthier, before super sedentary ng life style ko kaso from november last year hanggang january lagi ako may sakit, sore throat, trangkaso ganyan so parang sabi ko nagpapahiwatag na ata ung katawan ko. kaya nagexercise ako kung ano ano lang ginagaya ko sa youtube, una 30 30 mins lang, ngayun nakukulangan na ko minsan umaabot na ng 1.5hrs haha. pero since non di pa ko nagkakasakit ule saka parang lagi kang energetic at happy happy, pero mga kinakain ko ganun pa din, mejo unhealthy, mejo lang naman hahah
