Residents at senior living apartment complex in northeast Houston brave another day without power

The power at Cypress Gardens Senior Living Apartments has been out since Thursday. On Monday, generators, ice, and water were brought over to help residents.

Centerpoint’s interactive map doesn’t represent my neighborhood in 77015 for a power recovery date even though we don’t have power. I called last night, and their representative told me to call back today. I told him to check his map, and he confirmed we’re not represented and finally agreed to have a supervisor call me today. The Mayor brags about their numbers, but their numbers are questionable according to Centerpoint’s own map.
