That rock roll between the treees
I know, and although that one looked pretty intimidating, it wasn’t even the toughest one we did. The one I took 2 goes at was far scarier because there was a pretty decent drop to the right and it required quite a lot of precision.
Wow, such a great edit again mate! 🤩👍 and yes, that was one hell of a single black diamond trail... on the other hand, some of the actual double blacks that we rode (or didn't)... whooooaaahhh 😲
Oh yeah , and the gopro effect is already seriously steong in this one
Thanks Jay. It still blows my mind that some of the obligatory sections were rated single black.
Great trail, awesome riding skills ✌️❤️
Thank you 🙏. It’s one of those places that brings out the best in a rider.
We spent 5 days with 7 rides in Squamish at the end of July. We rode most of the trails you did so far. Rupert was our warm up and we did In and Out Burger twice. It's all about no back brake and full on front on the slabs! So much fun.
We might have actually been in Squamish at the same time. We were there from 20th -24th July. If I go again, I really want to have some more time. there are just so many amazing trails there.
@@TrailTrackerSwitzerland we were there May 25-29. Same conditions as your visit.
Had no idea you were coming to town, hope to see you on the trails!
Unfortunately, this is already a month ago now. You are very lucky to live in such a great riding location. I’m sure I’ll be back though 😉
wow those trails looked fantastic lucky it was dry.
We were really lucky with the weather. It only rained twice I. 2.5 weeks, and one of those times was on a pre planned travel day.
Oh wow Darren, those trails are indeed iconic, remember seeing them on countless videos from some of my favorite youtube channels. They oftentimes make it look so easy, but I can imaging it immediately gets dead serious when you face those features head on. But I am pretty sure, riding there takes youre riding to a whole new level.
Thanks Christian. I don't think anything can really prepare you for these trails in real life. In-N-Out Burger is so much steeper than you could ever imagine. So much so, that Christine, who is a really strong rider, actually had to take a pass on that one. One thing's for sure though, it works wonders on your skills and confidence.
Yep those trails look incredible, and scary!! Wonder why nobody ever shows the second slab in videos as it looks just as big a feature as the first one! Great video mate
Cheers bud! I guess the main slab is just so huge, no thinks it's worth mentioning the second one!
@@TrailTrackerSwitzerland by the looks of it I think it should be 👀
This is just a dream Darren🤩. What a trail and these features are so cool🤘. At 5:16, again, you can't see how steep it is on the GoPro, but you did an awesome job💪. Great riding and a great video, I could watch for hours😄. Ride on and see you soon✌
Thanks Christoph. You're right the GoPro effect is absolutely huge on this one. Although it won't provide hours of viewing, the next episode in the series is coming out tonight, so hopefully you'll enjoy that one too.
