I normally stick to the weapon level limit from online mode and 10k HP max. Going beyond that is only an option if it enables something special. Like joining the close combat mayhem in Greatest Final Confrontation!

I did the Math and it turns out dlc 2 mission 11 on Inferno is a Choice i think

Well, 2-11 is rather easy to beat for such a high-end mission. But if you're after Buster Shot, you won't get it there. It's a dlc 1 weapon.
