No. I didn't want to. She talks too slow
I have listened to ever episode of her podcast. I am a older more mature adult who has followed Vanderpump since day one.. Trust me when I say, Rachel will me just fine..
She is the only person on the cast that I have never seen gang up or bully people.
She is a naive young woman, who has made some bad choices and finding her way..
She is maybe a little ditzy, but she isn't a dumby. That's for sure!
In my adult opinion, she is the only one on the cast who isn't all about herself and actually cares about other people.
Regardless of her actions that played out on reality tv show, I don't believe Rachel was wanting to hurt anyone.
In the meantime she ended up hurting herself, while everyone else will keep hurting each other and not giving a damn about each other.
I think it's been a eye opening lesson learned for her.. She will grow from this and prevail. Wait and see..
I am glad if she has Bethany helping her. At least she has someone on her side that can speak the truth and has more life experiences then the rest of the cast.
Most common sensed adults of a certain age wouldn't dare step intervene to help any of the cast members. They are to self centered and immature. Only worried about material things.. Rachel has older adults on her side because it's obvious she is worth reaching out to her and guiding..
Rachel is at least smart enough to take her time speaking and think about her words wisely. Instead of everyone else we are used to following on reality TV..
I used to think Tom Sandoval was a decent guy.. Now I can barely stand to look at him. He is probably more self serving then all the rest of them!
Mama she is a grown woman. She is not a kid. She lacks accountability, blaming everyone
We didn't need Rachel to confirm the staged kiss for us, did we? It was quite obvious watching it all unravel on the show that it was.
Oh totally, but it was interesting to see how she pretty much blamed this on the producers, saying they 'rewarded' her for the kiss and considers herself playing a character on the show. VPR is not one to need fake storylines in our opinion!
Thereâs two issues, thereâs the setting the lighting and location for the actual kiss but before that thereâs the idea to kiss in the first place. Rachel admits she came up with the idea and Schwartz knocked it down. She even admits it was because she wanted a storyline now that her Miss California storyline was dead in the water. Schwartz later agrees but she doesnât actually know why. Sheâs just making wild guesses because itâs an opportunity to blame shift. Ultimately, the kiss was her idea and she enthusiastically participated. Even the idea to leave the staged area to kiss behind a wall was her idea. Rachel is a master blame shifter. Because from my perspective SHE was the mastermind of the Katie trolling.
@@jakestroll6518 Interesting! I thought the kiss was to divert the attention off what was really going on between she and Sandoval. I need to re watch and pay closer attention! Tom Sandoval and Rachel are both blame shifters. Sandoval is an expert at it!!!

Not to mention during the season when Katie was pleading with her not to do it, she kept saying âBut Scheana put the idea in my headâ.
She was blaming someone else before sheâd even kissed him.
So now itâs been Scheanaâs fault, Schwartzâs fault, Sandovalâs fault, and the producers fault. But NEVER Rachelâs fault.
Next week it will probably be Summer Moonâs fault. Or LVPâs swanâs fault.
So she went away for a few months too hide and received some expensive âtherapyâ basically telling her she's fragile and easily manipulated. Yet she would've come back for the right price. Started a podcast regurgitated some therapy speak and between alcohol, Tom, and the producers she was duped. She conveniently left out that Graham bit Ariana. She's spittin into the wind, one thing iv'd learned reality fans on SM don't forgive or forget.
Additionally, the advantage of the podcast vs being on VPR is she doesnât have to deal with the fallout or confrontation from her victims. She can âgive her sideâ without being questioned or have to take the full accountability of being confronted by those sheâs wronged.

absolutely, and until this comes out, nothing either Tom nor Rachel says is relevant. Everything Tom has said his excuses and deflection goes out the door once its revealed just what a twisted sense of self he has and how Rachel was drawn to this web of deceit and lies.
Rachelâs not that young. She deceived a friend in the worst way; one who confided in her.
The level of deceit and cruelty is astonishing. Why use that as a basis to doggedly pursue the fame sheâs always craved. Rachel is an adult still looking to offload responsibility for her actions and behaviours. Many have far more to deal with and donât behave like that. As for Bethany going out to bat for her. Would she feel the same way if a friend did that to her? No.
I love when people listen for me. Nobody wants to support Rachets BS.
To what you guys were saying on the men in these reality show being thick as theives together per say -I did read (energy-wise) that Craig did know, Austin & Taylor hooked up, during the filming when Craig was told to ask him about it.
I think they pre-decide what theyâre keeping hidden, & I think Craig tried to encourage Austin to tell the truth, however when Austin doesnât, you can see Craigâs frustration.

Oh donât apologize we love making connections across shows! There is definitely a strong bro code amongst the bravo men, at least Craig will call Austen out more than we see with the Toms, which is not at all lol!

Lisa has a policy for Vanderpum dogs where said you have to return them to vanderpum dogs or your are hold to a 50k penalty. Why the parents didnât returned to VD?? Thatâs something Iâve been wondering

The dog didnât come from VPDOGS. Her parents gave her the dog from Arizona.
It's funny bc even before Scandoval I didn't want to see her do anything on camera, let alone kissing Schwartz. DISGUSTING.
And just a friendly reminder that it is her choice to not go back to the show and she is definitely regretting it.

Iâm sorry Schwartz is so gross, and the fact that Sandoval was encouraging them to make out on camera is so odd đ¤˘đ¤˘ it definitely feels like she regrets not going back, I think she thought that was the powerful move, but unfortunately sheâs the only one that has paid the price for not going back đđ

Rachel never explains why she stopped talking to Tom. What happened in between her lying for him and sending postcards to then blocking him? She realized it was a toxic relationship while at the facility? Someone had to tell her that he betrayed her and illegally recorded her was terrible? No explanation.
Itâs true, It seems like the realization came through therapy (realizing this was codependent/ toxic)and after speaking to him less but agreed would like to know more of this realization - she does mention that she sees now he manipulated her but it feels thereâs still more work to be done.
@@therealcouchwives I have a feeling it had to do with seeing him photographed with girls while she was in there. She mentions it in one of the chapters and is probably the only time Iâve heard legit anger when sheâs speaking about him.

Then she saw photos of him with other girls and suddenly the therapist made a lot of sense.
Plus 3 months away from him would be time for the endorphins to wear off for the first time in a year. That does help someone to think straight.

He sent her a letter basically telling her he never saw her so dependent on a place, and was trying to get her to quit the facility and therapy. She said this was when she realized he didnt really love her and was trying to control her.

I have done research, by watching reruns of VPR. I still feel there's a lot more to the story. I feel that Rachel was definitely, the sacrificial lamb.
Looking at the complete picture is why I understand why mistakes were made.
To bring back family values, I know it's close to impossible lol I am trying. And still doing my best! As exhausting, as it can be.
I don't condone cheating nor misleading another person. I base this on the fact, she was with James and was devastated. When he found a girlfriend, within weeks of them breaking up. Rachel and her family were treated badly online,
I've done research on narcissistic people. It takes a very long time to heal. To jump into another relationship, is close to impossible. That's why I've been saying all along that Ariana had to have known, what was going on. Or checked out of the relationship. Before the Scandal! Allegedly
It's no longer a reality show! not when people on the show get hurt, as badly as they do. That is why I reached out to the network. In regards to the way they go about, making their shows.
I did this from my heart. To get absolutely no response is like a slap in the face! You might think this is a joke, but it's not a joke to me! Not when I put in 10 hours a day for several months. I did research for over a year! Reaching out to the producers, not even a word back.
I guess you have to be well known! It's a shame, because I have my finger on the pulse. When it pertains to programming.

I did a collaboration, with a podcast. Which was really nice. I'd like to do more. I was thinking about opening my own podcast. I wanted to stay behind the scenes, originally.
There needs to be a change or the network will crumble. Between lawsuits, people going to jail allegations in all areas.
I wanted to make a difference!
I have an insight, you do not! People can have great ideas, and can make a difference! Yet, not be well known! Nobody is better than another! When my day arrives, I will be there for who, believe in me! Bring at least Some Family Values back! It's a must before it crumbles. I am trying my best. A fan!

Note: Rachel eludes to season 8 when asked about her friendship with Ariana. Season 8 not Season 7,6, 5.....it's a significant choice that she picks season 8 to say she and Ariana weren't close friends.
The reason she went to Bethenny, & made it clear throughout, was that she was pissed she couldnât monetize off the situation like the others had. Bethenny had just started her reality reckoning & Rachel also admitted she was drawn to doing her podcast due to a possible lawsuit be pondered against Bravo. She wanted $$$$$. She cannot articulate well, she uses words inappropriately, she comes across heavily as a victim & I will forever take the stance that her involvement with the worm was her climbing the ladder on VPR to be âtop girlâ. Sheâs not sorry for what she did to Ariana at all. Her whole purpose from the beginning was to get on that show. After breaking up with James she completely changed & you can actually see where her head was at with how she was acting. It was very forced & did not reflect her true personality. It was a complete â fame whoreâ move.
The restaing order TRO doesn't add up even now.I know someone who put a TRO on a friend then tried to stop it. Once the courts have it both have to show up to court. Even then it's hard to cease it. It's been ten years and it's still on their record. She blames everyone else. Tom Sandoval is terrible she's matches him. If she's that lost after therapy nothing was learned. She's hard to listen to with the damn giggle like a thriteen year old. Swartz is another story.
I agree! She is blaming everyone and trying to act like she was manipulated by an older man when, in fact, she is the one calling him playing with herself. She is just a bitter side piece who is a grown ass women.
So wait. You people think that reality TV is real? You really don't believe that production has to push cast and story lines? 100% they rewarded her with glamping for kissing Swartz. The Peter thing was obviously a made up story line... Like come on! Are you guys serious? Production is hiding the fact that James is abusive, they rewarded Sandoval with producer credits for Scandoval. Like bruh, of course it's fake and of course they reward the people who create the drama. lol
Give Rachel a break! Why shouldn't she have a chance to speak her truth?? So what if she is young and naive. In my opinion she speaks with intelligence. Unlike the other people on the cast who have fowl mouths, and are not capable of a confrontation without having several other people with them to gang up on one person.
Don't get me wrong. I love the show. I have watched it since season one and haven't missed a episode. But I feel as if Rachel, is more mature then any other cast member when it comes to being accountable. Never have we seen Rachel ganging up or bullying anyone.. The poor girl, just wants to be accepted and loved...
I honestly believe that underneath she is probably a much better person then the rest of them. She at least shows that she has a conscious...
I see her as a timid girl, who easily intimidated. We all know that person. My crystal ball tells me that a few yrs from now, it will be Rachel who is living a authentic life with true happiness.

Whenever I listen to ANY PODCAST I TURN MY PHONE SCREEN OFF ANYWAY WHILE LISTENING..
I don't have to SEE THE PEOPLE ON MY SCREEN TO HEAR WHAT THEY ARE SAYING..
I appreciate Rachel making the audience realize that alot of reality is not 100% real... She is simply painting a clearer pic that so much of it is HIGHLY PRODUCED... people need to understand that a 1 hr show is edited from HUNDREDS OF HOURS of filming... YES, each snippet of a scene might have really happened... But there are TONS OF SCENES that didn't happen as they occur... They were edited and clipped together to make for good drama...
I enjoy the entire cast. But in my reality, I would take RACHEL as a friend before any of the others.
Let the girl speak her truth the best way she knows how. I hope Bethany and other smart adults are mentoring her for sure..
Get real.. How else would the underground/villain/rookie have a chance to do anything but lay down a die. She deserves more then that.

Don't get me wrongs I am not saying everything u say is wrong. You make lots of great valid points.. And i truly believe, that the 2 of you are also somewhat afraid of speaking the truth... You girls don't want the backlash either. If you don't kind of make of money fun of Rachel you guys would both hear lots of negative stuff too.. I think all us can see a little of ourselves in Rachel.. We have all been there, making mistakes and being brand new at a job.. Be the hero, and set a good example to help Rachel be more comfortable...if u aren't part of the solution then you are part of the problem.

I am a fan of Rachel. I enjoy her podcast but find the fake video of her talking rather than a live picture annoying...Don't discount the fact that Tom is a con artist.
Oh 100% Tom is so despicable, and itâs very frustrating that he just gets to continue to live his life and profit off of Bravo, and Rachel is the one that has been shunned by the group and probably will never be able to go back.
I am a fan of Rachel too. She is a easy target for all of them. They haven't ever liked her because she is to much of a people pleaser. She is like that kid in school who just wants to fit in and be liked.
I have been out of school plenty long enough to know Rachel will end up being the one with the most full filling life.
Even if not in front of the camera, on a reality show, she will find life long happiness. Filled with things that really matter.. She will be loved and supported and I believe she will give back!

Did you ever think bethennys own experience + others giving clear examples of how they were rewarded for sh they didnât organically want to recreate/ created at allâŚ. Thereâs clip of Sandoval talking to production about exactly that he wants more shown about how screwed up his relationship is w/ariana! Was he manipulating them yes. But itâs ridiculous to listen to her podcast to pretend you know more than she does who actually lived it⌠just weird
Exactly! How are they talking crap about two people who have experienced how producers are during filming? I tried to listen to the whole thing, but the ignorance and immaturity of it all just couldn't let me get through the episode.
