    I have watched nearly every video about the MDX2600 and this is superior to all of them! Thank you!

    I wanted to personally thank you for your video on the Composer Pro-XL MDX2600, I could not understand on how to set it up properly on voice with the manual or other videos. Yours makes a complicated thing understandable

    Thank you for explaining the operation of the Behringer Composer Pro. I have the MDX2200 model. No De-esser. But everything else looks the same. I will try again to use it for recording my singing voice into Logic Pro and Cubase with my Audio-technica AT3035 cardioid condenser mic. With my initial unschooled attempt, I failed to hear any change in my voice. I got the unit used from a rummage sale, so maybe it is defective.

    C'est un égaliseur qui permet de restaurer un signal sonore parfait il est fait pour effectuer la correction de la sortie d'un limiteur compresseur à l'amplificateur idéal aussi de relier un égaliseur donné des couleurs audio basse chaud et aigus apaisant ainsi un surround processeur dynamise la sonorité

    Thanks, but you did not explain the control on the back: home & studio. Does home reduce input gain -10dBu & studio boost input gain +4DBV. (what is dBu vs dBV?). And how can it boost gain without an amplifier?

      @BASSNBEATSLIGHTSANDSOUNDRENTAL  Před 9 měsíci

      Hello, they differ as -10dBV is consimer electronics and +4dBu is professional audio. i've got a different video explaining different units of dB. Please check it. And thank you for watching by the way. Cheers. 🥂

    Thank you very much for tyhe video. Really helps me to understand how to set up mine. One question though.. how I am going to connect the mdx to my PA system? It consists of Peavey mixer, Behringer sonic exciter and dbx equalizer. It is for karaoke only (music + mic). Thanks!

    • @BASSNBEATSLIGHTSANDSOUNDRENTAL
      @BASSNBEATSLIGHTSANDSOUNDRENTAL  Před 9 měsíci

      Hello bro, you can use the insert terminal of your mixer main out to connect both exciter and equalizer, in that way you can still rely on the output meter of your mixer. Another way is to use the main out xLr of mixer, then exciter and equalizer. ♥️

    Hi I am new to sound system but I already acquired 2 powered behringer speaker B12, a Behringer 4 channel mixer and just got a Behringer FBQ3102hd Equalizer because of my problem with Feedback to my speaker which I find very good. By the way I use it personally sometimes in some quite not big event but say 120 people. After viewing this video about Behringer Compressor/Limited my question is, is it a must to have a Behringer Compressor/Limiter to my mobile sound system, what are the advantage if I got this one Compressor/Limiter. Salamat (Thank you).

      Hi Sir Freddie, i have already replied on your fb act Sir, ive just read your comment now. Compressor is a must on a system. Check if your active speaker comes with built in comp limiter (most probably it is). Howeve i personally prefer to use separate compressor for better control. :)

    Thank you for the detailed explanation. I have a question, my sound system consists of Lexicon MX200 and a Yamaha MG206c mixer for karaoke. If I get one of Behringer Composer, will it improve the vocal, and how would be the connection with the mixer and lexicon? Thank you.

      @alfredogallegos2371 Před 2 lety +1

      You need to connect the MIC into the Composer PRO-XL and then this last one to your Lexicon MX200. To me it can help three ways. First limit the incoming noise from the people around the singer (GATE). Also will compensate the distance of the MIC to the singer that for non professionals singers will definitely help (COMPRESOR). Finally save your AMP and Speakers when the singer decides to shout real loud by limiting the noise level to safe values (PEAK LIMITER). I had this last experience when a singer blew out one of the speakers mid-range and overloaded the AMP. Note that some of these functions may already be on your Lexicon MX200; double check. But this unit has them all for you in a nice package.

      @BASSNBEATSLIGHTSANDSOUNDRENTAL  Před 4 lety +1

      I'm not sure the exact term for it. But it is usually called Y-Cable (TRS on one end and 2xTS on the other END)

      This is what translator said:
      is this compressor normal for heating?
      Answer: If it is the compressor itself, Yes, even laptops gets hot too.

    Nice and helpful video! By the output of the mixer you meant the MAIN OUT to the input of the compressor?
