- NASCAR’s leading full-time female driver Hailie Deegan’s departure with AM Racing from her Xfinity Series ride has stirred reactions from many in NASCAR, including fellow driver Toni Breidinger. Breidinger, who races full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, has expressed her displeasure that Deegan lost her full-time Xfinity seat in the middle of the season. But luckily for her and Deegan it seems she will be back in a seat before you know it.
Joey Lagono was put in the AM car by Ford. Mainly to determine what really going on. Basically Joey told Ford AM Racing was a crap team. Look what AM did to Josh Berry, 2 car caused flats. The dimwits not even checking the car for the cause of the first flat.
Hailie has proved a number of times, with good equipment, results a the front.
Besides Ford owes her a decent car and team.
Myself I have been a vivid fan of Deegan, but she needs to pay attention to the whole deal with a very extremely good team, and spend time at the race shops to actually understand everything is going on for her future, if she commits herself totally, I can see her being in the top 15 the first year 😊
Given top equipment didn't help her in trucks, but maybe this will. Hope she does well, no more excuses.
Ya I think it's a lost cause myself,she needs to put 110 into this ride and forget everything else in her life right now if she going to make it , just don't think she has what it takes.....

I'm very happy Hailie will have a chance to drive a car from a team that knows how to make a car handle.
I don't think has factory team is the right fit for Hailey degan. She needs a team that will spend time and money on her training. With gean and Tony to busy with other projects and Tony gone from the team completely they won't have the time for her. As I said before she needs to be in a team like JR motor sports or JR racing what ever their called. With the strong ability to work and teach young drivers, Dale Earnhardt would be the best team and person to turn Hailey into a winner and possibly the first woman champion. He's a great and smart driver himself, he would the best person in all of NASCAR to tackle a challenge like this. With what he has done with his group of drivers, I can't think of anyone who could do it better. And just think of what it could do for his team and name. That would put him in a class above everyone. Even SR, I guess we have to see if you got the balls to do it.
JR can’t sign her unless she gets out of her Ford contract. Plus, Jr did give us Danica.

nascar overtime, take a minute and assess your's and drivers complaints about girls being picked on for being female. take a long close look at Taylor Kuehl , she drives in imca sport mod and does double duty at some events in the imsa stock event. she drives the hauler to the track, maintains and works on the car, helps prepare the car and makes videos of it.
she can race one and jump in the other car without hesitation
Lets see what happens.She has the talent,she needs good equipment and a good crew chief to work with.Bottom line is hard work,and ease up on the social media and bear down on racing.
Social is why she is talk of the town. She is connecting with a fan base and that is good with nascar.

She is doing it the right way, waiting until she is ready and not letting her own hype dictate her path like Danica and Hallie. She has some backing with sponsorship and she is still capable of running top 10.They better get it together.
She won't do the 00 any justice! Her hair and social following is more important to her than committing 100% to any race car or race team. I don't have a problem with race or gender or nationality, but if there's no talent then I think no amount of money should buy a seat! I wish I could buy a seat for a year in the truck or Xfinity series but unfortunately, I don't have rich parents. But anyway, there's two young women in the Arca series that deserves that seat more than Deegan does. Hate on me all you want, you know it's true. Only reason Hallie is getting a chance again is Deegan daddy money and social media following. It's sad, she just doesn't have the talent but it's everyone's fault when she doesn't achieve the goals set for her. I kinda feel bad for her.

"Failie" Deegan was fired because of the "poor performance" clause in her AM Racing contract.
Ford pulled her from AM because of Joey's report on how BAD AM Racing is.
So Fords gonna put her on a better team now?

Perhaps you could share that contract with us that you seem to be quoting from....and just so you know, she was not "fired", because if they had "fired" her, they would have owed her approx. $750,000. She was "released from her contract", as there is a BIG difference in the legalities. But still interested in your vast knowledge of her contract and the containing clauses you claim to know about!

In ALL the reports on this issue, not ONE statement was ever issued from Ford Motorsports that THEY are the ones that pulled her off the team. Quit making up stuff! Ford has no say in the day to day operations of a team! AM racing released her from her contract with them to avoid having to pay out her contract amounting to approx $750,000. But please...I'm sure you can show us some proof that it was FORD that voided her contract with AM Racing!
from the lack of talent and the things it took to get to where she was i can't imagine the abuse her body will take trying to get another ride, injured kneecaps, oral infections, probable loose teeth, maybe a major overhaul of the big old money maker because we know it will take a beating.
I like Hallie. Been a fan of hers back to her ARCA days. But she needs to produce. Granted AM Racing was not for her. I wish her the best of luck!

It was they only ride offered to her. Because the good teams know she can't drive. None of the top tier teams offered her a ride... and she has tons of money and sponsors. They all passed on her.

Nope he left after Haas didn't want to pull out of Ford even tho Ford literally cut the manufacture payout to them in half 2 years ago. That's why he went Dodge in NHRA.
Believe Stewart was through with Ford and nascar when Ford said no to Larson. Dumbest move possible I would say.
