Wow, the blue ext cab is clean as a whistle. Yours is super clean too. Back in 1992, my brother had a standard cab 720 that was a magazine feature/show car. I still remember how cool I felt riding to school in that bad low machine.
When I was 17 back in 84 we had the same truck that your dad has same color auto trans. I loved that truck and begged my dad to let me buy it but it was for the business he said no and traded it a couple of years later. I still have fond memories. Congrats to you guys on having some nice rides!
WOW! Your fathers truck...talk about a trip down memory lane. I had an 85 king cab, it was identically optioned to his. Its big brother i guess, same color inside and out, full power, factree sunroof, ST package, just mine was the 4x4 so it had the roll bar in the bed complete with KC lights on it. Has a small lift, chrome spoke wheels. Christ i even had a similar pull out alpine head unit in it. Had a 600 watt amp and 2 cerwin vega 10s behind the seats.
I just picked up a single cab version from a family member. It needs a paint job so I had to find a satin black OEM paint code. Luckily I work in an auto group that has a BMW store so I found their paint code for frozen deep grey. It already has some wheels and a drop on it. One thing I was curious about is if you can put a quick disconnect style steering wheel on these? I also was curious how much of a pain it would be to add the power steering onto one that didn't have it. You and Pop's trucks are clean bro! Inspires me to get mine looking that good.
