    It's the same for me.
    EDIT:
    It was the VPN's fault. Just turned it off for now.

      To connect correctly, after putting the password of your wifi network in the weback app, turn on the robot, wait for it to say hello owner, then hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds and it will say it is ready for connection and here is the secret, go to your smartphone's wifi settings and connect to the robot's wifi network, then check the option and proceed!
      This worked for me, I hope it helps you.
      I'll do a detailed video later to help more people.

    Disable VPN, I had AdGuard turned on, I couldn't connect to the robot, it showed the same, "internet not good"

    hello guys the internal name wifi of my robot is "tyuuid-EEAD " and not "ROBOT###" so is not possible connect any app to device.... some one have the same problem?

      @@dlaisha I contacted customer support and they sent me a new firmware to install. Very simple to use.

      @@brunobeaumont976 i got firmware too, but i can't do steps with computer. Network name ROBOT. they said thay name will change in yo SMARTlife or smth. But robot didnt catch network and i cant do update. Did you have messenger? Maybe it can be simple to talk about this problem 🙂
