I will NEVER forget the first time I saw this........I had NEVER seen a horse like Matador, nor had I seen anyone ride like Kyra. Love them!!!! Great standard to aspire to!!!!!
I agree. She deserved a lot higher than around 77% for such a harmonious test with such a high degree of technical difficulty!! (Plus an extra 10% or so by today's standards!!!)
Kyra ,one of my favourite people in dressage,I remember this so well,they were such a wonderful combination. Looking forward to seeing Kyra at Hickstead next week .

Like said, this is nearly perfect. Can anyone name another rider to have succesfully competed at international GP level besides Kyra? I mean, she is amazing. Not just with Matador, but with many other horses as well. Go Kyra!

A sophisticated kür. nearly perfect! kyra is the best! But I think there's a bump at the horses waist? looks a bit curious.. though a nice horse and a nice rider!
I absolutely love this. I recall watching this in 1991 and fell in love with this stallion and his wonderful rider then.
