The thing that I hate the most when going to a high-end restaurant is whether or not the wait-staff are going to look down on their customers based on their income which is exactly what the antagonist did. The restaurant is not supposed to choose the customer, it is the customer who chooses the restaurant.

Yoshinori really played himself trying to lie to them even though there's a camera right there recording everything he did and caught him in the act but Keiichi, Noa and Yui and the manager were way too forgiving on him and he got off way too easy but damn that plot twist of Yoshinori playing their Cupid i honestly didn't see coming I figured he was going to be a salty prune still but the guy just got promoted from jerk to best Bro with that one move and no surprise that they're going to return the favor by helping him get with Yui.😏
But still he got off way too easily at least there should ba pay cut or some sort of warning like doing it once okay but he kept on pranking her for more than a week one of my friend who works overseas quit his job in just one month because there was a senior who kept on pranking him once or twice a week for fun they might be light hearted prank but being a newcomer to industry and being a shy boy he quit his company when his manager asked the reason he told about the pranks the manager called his senior and his senior was like they were just light hearted prank and nothing more i just wanted to relieve the tension but he did it for a whole month every week and manager knowing this fact gave him a warning and a light punishment and manager asked one of their buisness partners to hire my friend he is working there now and he told me later that he did that to the hire who filled his place and he also quit the company for same reason then manager reported this to upper management and the senior got fired.
It has a good message about kindness and redemption, but sadly poorly executed.
Keiichi and the restaurant owners are too kind for their own good, and Yoshinori got way, waaaaaay too light of a punishment in the professional sense for both being extremely rude to a business partner multiple times AND sabotaging food prep that could've gotten worse considering Noa's sensitive stomach.
At best he would've gotten a week or two of suspension and take that time to reflect on his actions, and in normal circumstances dude would be fired and blacklisted out of the high-end restaurant industry.
Well, at least the antagonist did good in the end by playing matchmaker to Keiichi and Noa, so there's that, I guess.
All in all, I give this story a rating of Workplace Nepotism/10.

The antagonist got a second chance and instead doubled down and did something much worse which is tampering with food. Then having the other person try it.
Nevermind the fact he should have been fired instantly for just tampering the food that but also the health risks of doing so such as temporary hearing loss , fainting , vomiting and more (all of these things can happen when eating spicy things) . Which would be all the more so since she was extra sensitive to spice.
Nevermind the fact that she could have been allergic to the added compounds and possibly died because of that.
Lastly the legal consequences of food tampering which is a very serious crime as just the act of doing so it self is illegal under federal law and can result a minimum of 5 years. Nevermind most acts of food tampering fall under the legal definition of assault and can be charged with that as well. As well as she could likely sue in civil court for damages as well and if she died it would have been murder of the 2nd degree.
Edit: Just to add. So he doesn't deserve a 3rd chance and should be locked up in prison rooting like he deserves.

This is a terrible story and totally unrealistic in the context. Redemption for anyone requires redeeming qualities and values. Yoshinori is just an a$$hole, and unfortunately there are people that are a$$holes. Heck literally starting out with an idiot holding a grudge from childhood? It takes hitting rock bottom sometimes to get someone to change. Sometimes they don’t change and just get to in their own $hit. Bottom line is he should have been fired.
Yet another story where someone thinks they are better then others just because they work at a fancy place or company. Hard to believe that in real life this goes on to when the person working there probably does not even make a fraction of what the people they look down upon do. The job doesnt make you special being a good honest person does. And to be honest these videos go easy on the idiots who do not behave. I mean any other place would have fired the guy instantly if they knew he was being rude to customers at the door. Trash never learn. If its a lesson on everyone deserving second chances he should have already been booted not held onto because of a sad story. We all have those and people who cant take a higher road even after a few warnings do not deserve chances especially when companies fire people right away for what he has done because of how it effects the image of the company and those who work there. I cant help but compare it to real life when it isnt as easy as what happens in these videos.

At 11:50 Yoshinori runs aways from the restaurant but gets ran over by a car, verything after 11:50 is just a dream of his, a ream where Yui didn't hate his guts, a dream where people actually expected things from him, a dream where people actually liked him.
Otherwise, this story is dogshit.
As soon as I see jow it’s going to be in the halfway of story, I skipped. Not rlly my thing. I know it’s good that antagonist changed for better but the way the story carry on the situation is just awkward. Sorry to say but half of it is kinda flopped to me.
