Data literacy is not enough: The five key elements of data culture transformation

Often when organisations talk about wanting to improve their data culture, they immediately want to get into the detail of data literacy training. And, whilst that is a great place to start in order to upskill individuals within an organisation to understand the true value of data and the role they play in it, it's not the only thing that is going to fix the data culture. Data literacy might help improve confidence, but might not necessarily drive the mindset change that's needed or the transformational shift into what it really means to become a data-driven organisation.
