I'm sad to say that with the version 3.0 patch, anything involving a blaster overlapping anything will no longer work so some of these tricks in this video are impossible to do now :'(
blasters on tracks can still overlap pipes (not sure what else is possible) you can use lava to make the bottom and top not visible, so it appears as if they aren't moving and put a pipe behind them it's more specific so you can't use it as freely but it works still are you gonna be doing some more troll setup vids?
it's very suspicious to see a blaster moving up/down or left/right so the beauty of the overlapping before 3.0 was that they weren't moving and could overlap anything so tons of trolls were possible. I might do more, not really sure

I can't explain everything but at 15:42, the noteblock above the checkpont is the same one where he dies at 15:38. You can die from being too far below the screen but also barely touch a checkpoint before the death so you won't see or hear the CP noise since you die immediately after. The frozen coins are destroyed in some way off screen before the death, which clears the way for falling down to die when you're above it
people like u that explain how things are made in troll levels are amazing, Troll levels are my favourite kinds of levels and i am making some of my own but i am not very smart at coming up with my own trolls so it's hard for me to make them, seeing as they removed the ability to edit downloaded courses this is the best i can do now and it is extremely frustrating that there doesn't seem to be many creators out there that will explain how their tricks are done. i would absolutely love to see more videos like this on youtube.
Hey, for thwomps going through P Switches there's actually an alternate setup with a p switch that enters a vertical track from a diagonal one and the thwomp has question blocks under. DGR saw this is an Uno Mas level.
I've glitched CZcams... I clicked on a video then quickly clicked on another one and now its showing the video I wanted but the title and comments are from the first video. ???
certain parts only work when they're off screen horizontally like the pow. Others like the on/off switch can be trigger above or below screen, just depends on the thing that you need to trigger
@@DannyBPlays I was trying to make a level where you would fight one of the boss enemies. Bowser, Bowser, Jr, Boom-Boom, Pom-Pom, or Bully but a timer contraption would make a 2nd one enter the room if the boss fight went on too long. and then a 3rd would enter and a 4th each one on a timer. What I found out was if I entered a vertical room with all the enemies and contraption parts of screen above me only ONE of them spawned. The others didn't spawn or get effected at all unless I started from the top off the vertical screen and dropped down, free falling past the enemies to make them spawn and then they would do there thing. I also had the contraption on screen and it could not trigger from off screen. over all I have a hard time remembering simple things. like what combination of springs and munchers and bombs and stuff even make triggers. its a long list of things I can never seem to do right/ and when I ask people never seem to want to tell me. and its annoying I can't just open a stage in level editor.
I would love to see more tutorials, its difficult to find any tutorials at all, I really appreciate the guidance and would love to see more like this perhaps changing the title to a more easily recognizable one it would garnet more attention, such as "SMM2 Troll creation Tutorial etc." Its a shame to see such potential inhibited by such a small problem.

Awesome video! I love troll levels but struggle with actually creating the set-ups. This helps a ton!
