Keeping glitches clean in video, and not a pixilated mess all depends on bitrate, the faster objects/stuff is happening, especially things that rapidly change the image for a few seconds. So ensure when editing you choose a big target bitrate, tbf this is pretty much smart to do regardless of what you have in the vid, just expect large file sizes.
