Di if we are not applying foundation than primer is necessary or not
I mean if we are doing full face of makeup ascept foundation
Depends what you want from your primer. Like a lot of times I would just use my concealer but I want my skin to look flawless so in that case I will use a primer so that my skin looks blurred out and more hydrated or dewy or whatever I want my skin to be and then just go in with concealer and everything. However it is not necessary that you go in with the primer you can also use a good moisturizer which will double as a primer so it's not necessary if you are not wearing full face of makeup you can skip your primer

Both are really really good..the swiss beauty one has shimmer particles(not an issue the particles are really fine) and is extra glowy.. Maybelline gives a subtle glow and has no shimmer. Choose depending on your needs

Removing hair leaves your skin clean and foundation will not cling to it. If you don't have a lot of facial hair then you can bleach else it will not solve your purpose
