The MEGA line has been around for a bit, and while some blasters were total flops, some of them were pretty killer. These are the best of the biggest in my opinion. I need more suggestions for more top 5 fridays!

but as far as Megas go, they are basically a cycloneshock with 4 more shots. this means all the micro power of a cycloneshock, and in a more ergonomic, practical package.

Two things...
1: I love my Centurion, and it being on my back with its sling is the gold standard for my local Dart Wars. We weight shots from Mega as a one hit kill vs Elites needing two, so it's worth the bulk. My Cent has never given me any issues and genuinely hits the 90'-100' mark routinely (I may have a really nicely performing one, but it's what I have to go by), so I have nothing but love for it. I've added in a 12 shot Buzz Bee Air Max magazine, and have a couple of extra spares so ammo capacity is not a issue either.
2: Where's the RotoFury?!?!? 10 shots in a revolver setup for Mega darts doesn't make the top 5? Why not? Mine is my go-to back up if I'm running full Mega (Cent for primary, RotoFury as secondary, and either HotShot or Magnus for sidearm) and I love that thing nearly as much as my Cent.
Still, you've gained my like for a Mega video anyways. Love the big darts and how they whistle through the air and hit with a satisfying thud on a opponents forehead.
I love my centurion too.

What I've learned about Mega from experience:
If your game types over-value Mega, just use a really effective Dart Zone or Nerf blaster, and take the Cycloneshock as a sidearm. The Mastodon may look good, but if you have a Jolt or a Triad for a backup/sidearm, you're screwed.

The Cycloneshock turret can hold Rival rounds, so if you remove the air restrictor and ^grade the spring to give it a 'lil extra oomph, you have yourself a badass looking Rival revolver.
Not sure if it would be war practical, but it's a thing you can do.

Hello Lord Drac, I am a huge fan of your stuff on youtube. I am in need of some assistance in that i am a novice cosplayer. I have been looking at your stuff from when you did the Destiny weapons and cosplay, and firstly I was wondering if you take commissions for prop weapons. Secondly, for my cosplay outfit, i need to make light yet durable armor. My only problem is i have basic tools and will most likely get alot of materials from Home Depot or a craft store. I love my Mega Mastodon and Mega Cycloneshock and Mega Hotshocks, they have some nice muzzle velocities and are great for me finding datrs in my apartment because they're so big and stand out.
At least at my new house I'll be able to do some range tests properly and see how they really perform.
I'm interested in the Mega Rotofury, but with the upcoming Surgefire, is it really worth it I ask myself?
Could the Surgefire be really good? I suppose we'll see.
