I would cut, prop and fill that pot for a fuller plant
I water mine Saturdays Chicago's area. I was gone last Saturday, & 1 leaf yellow already. I watered Sunday.
It has a lot of runners, perhaps it put those out in search of more sunlight. I would definitely cut it back and propagate it for a fuller and better looking plant.
Hi Tyler, after a year has any new leaves grow in the empty stem areas? This way I have an idea whether to cut it back, propage and fill it with new stems. Thx.
Ive seen that you sometime use sphagnum moss poles and how do you determine when you need a moss pole or a simple stake?
Also your shop is always so beautiful
Great question! Not sure there is a simple answer. For me I can’t (don’t have the bandwidth the keep the moss damp or moist) maintain a moss pole so prefer a cedar stake.
