I went through something similar Here's the story In middle school I was really flat I had no boobs and butts like my friends they would all make fun of me even one of my teachers made fun of me so I wasn't so insecure of my body so I started doing everything I could from exercises to trying to drink milk even though I'm lactose intolerant I would lay ony bed with an aching stomach and I would always admire other girls my mother noticed my habits and talked to me and I felt so much better 🙂 I'm much better and happier Moral of story: Love your body no matter what

when i was in fifth grade, i started to sit funny in chairs so my thighs wouldn’t take up the whole thing. i started working out excessively, in fear of developing an ed. in sixth grade, eating problems started. i would skip random meals, e.t.c. people started making ed jokes about me. i’m not fully over it, but i have been trying for about two years now. i pray for anyone going through similar things.
I literally cried while watching it..this pain I felt and how much I understand you. I also have a story about my insecure of my body,which didn’t end yet. I’m still having this problem. So when I was a kid 6-11 I was very happy and never thought about my body’s insecurities. I loved my body and never saw something wrong in it. But school and family ruined this happiness. When I was 12, people began to call me Chinese and said to me Nihau because of my eyes..I mean I am from Asia but not from china and that rlly made me feel insecure about my eyes! I also…got called ,,fat” by my family and that rlly hurts because I hid parts of my body and never rlly wore shorts because I didn’t like my legs..actually my weight was 48 kg…so normal I guess but my biggest insecure I will probably always have is-my height💔 because one day I noticed that all my classmates were taller than me and made fun of me or called me short. And my parents were also short but they didn’t rlly support me and also made jokes of me. This still breaks my heart and it always will. Those three things made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t like my body but…every time I hate myself I also think about the beautiful parts of my body (hair,face,skin…) and that gives me the spirit to love myself We only have this life of which we should enjoy and appreciate every moment no matter how hard it is.❤️🩹 Edit: Thank you guys! It's alright Nevada, I'm going through the same proces right now. There are lots of classmates who have, in my opinion "the perfect body". My weight at the beginning was 54 kg. I thought that that was too much. My bodyshape is more rectangular which made me more insecure because most of the girls of my class had an hourglass shape. Around three months ago I started following a diet. But I only lost 2 kg so I stopped eating and I worked out every morning and evening. I lost 10 kg and weighted 42 kg. I still thought it was too much, so I kept going. Until there was this sleepover at one of my friends' house and I was invited. We laughed a lot and I really enjoyed that time. We started doing truth or dare's and I think it was around 11pm when someone asked me what my biggest insecurity was. I trusted them and told them about how I lost a lot of kg's. They asked me how much I weighted and I told them 36 kg. They looked at me in shock. They told me I should eat more because it was really unheathy. They also told me they were 50kg and that I should be more secure about myself because nothing was wrong with me. They helped me find a diet and help me gaining weight again in a healthy way. After a month my best friend went to my house and helped me telling my parents about how much I lost and weighted,... They were shocked at first but they helped me getting a healthy weight back again. It's still hard but I try to keep thinking positive. When I saw this video I noticed a lot of similarities. It's really hard and I know how it feels. I hope you're doing alright and that you're happy now. I'm trying to love my body more. For anyone who needs a spirit: "I only have one life, i should live it the fullest."

Hi Nevada! I had the same problem as you! Evryone at school started to bully me but I didn't listen , then I took that for real i thought I was fat and I started doing diets and runing evry day for 2-3 houers straight! After 3 months of running evry single day i finally did it! At school evryone was in shock. Then 3 girls lets say my ex-friends started ignoring me all the time. That day I skipped school I went home and I told my parents i wanted to change school , fanilly I changed school!
I am a lot heavier than most of the other kids in my grade, and a lot of the time me and my friends will just be hanging out and they’ll like give me a hug or something but then they will be like, “you’re heavy.” This really discourages me sometimes and I have moments too, but after watching this video and listening to when people say that I am fine just the way I am, I am satisfied with myself

I can relate, I’m chubby but not fat and you can see everyone’s cheek bones! I used to wonder how they did that, so I did the same thing, I didn’t eat a lot, I didn’t really drink a lot, and I did take diet “tips” and “Tricks”, I didn’t do it for a long period of time but it lasted for around a year or two till I realized it’s all just some silly so called beliefs

Here's the story
In middle school I was really flat I had no boobs and butts like my friends they would all make fun of me even one of my teachers made fun of me so I wasn't so insecure of my body so I started doing everything I could from exercises to trying to drink milk even though I'm lactose intolerant I would lay ony bed with an aching stomach and I would always admire other girls my mother noticed my habits and talked to me and I felt so much better 🙂

when i was in fifth grade, i started to sit funny in chairs so my thighs wouldn’t take up the whole thing. i started working out excessively, in fear of developing an ed. in sixth grade, eating problems started. i would skip random meals, e.t.c. people started making ed jokes about me. i’m not fully over it, but i have been trying for about two years now. i pray for anyone going through similar things.

I also have a story about my insecure of my body,which didn’t end yet. I’m still having this problem.
So when I was a kid 6-11 I was very happy and never thought about my body’s insecurities. I loved my body and never saw something wrong in it. But school and family ruined this happiness.
When I was 12, people began to call me Chinese and said to me Nihau because of my eyes..I mean I am from Asia but not from china and that rlly made me feel insecure about my eyes!
I also…got called ,,fat” by my family and that rlly hurts because I hid parts of my body and never rlly wore shorts because I didn’t like my legs..actually my weight was 48 kg…so normal I guess but my biggest insecure I will probably always have is-my height💔 because one day I noticed that all my classmates were taller than me and made fun of me or called me short. And my parents were also short but they didn’t rlly support me and also made jokes of me. This still breaks my heart and it always will. Those three things made me feel uncomfortable and I didn’t like my body but…every time I hate myself I also think about the beautiful parts of my body (hair,face,skin…) and that gives me the spirit to love myself
We only have this life of which we should enjoy and appreciate every moment no matter how hard it is.❤️🩹

I edited this comment a little since I realised how many grammar mistakes there were😭 but Ye- many things happened till now. I found out that my height will probably stay like this forever. At least that’s what the doctors said. About my eyes- I don’t hate them anymore I’m a proud Asian. Nobody calls me fat (in fact they call me skinny now even tho I look the same) but my mom complains about my personality all the time. Yesterday we had a big fight and she yelled at me on the streets. She was about to beat me up but nvm it’s not the first time. It's alright Nevada, I'm going through the same proces right now.
There are lots of classmates who have, in my opinion "the perfect body". My weight at the beginning was 54 kg. I thought that that was too much. My bodyshape is more rectangular which made me more insecure because most of the girls of my class had an hourglass shape. Around three months ago I started following a diet. But I only lost 2 kg so I stopped eating and I worked out every morning and evening. I lost 10 kg and weighted 42 kg. I still thought it was too much, so I kept going. Until there was this sleepover at one of my friends' house and I was invited. We laughed a lot and I really enjoyed that time. We started doing truth or dare's and I think it was around 11pm when someone asked me what my biggest insecurity was. I trusted them and told them about how I lost a lot of kg's. They asked me how much I weighted and I told them 36 kg. They looked at me in shock. They told me I should eat more because it was really unheathy. They also told me they were 50kg and that I should be more secure about myself because nothing was wrong with me. They helped me find a diet and help me gaining weight again in a healthy way. After a month my best friend went to my house and helped me telling my parents about how much I lost and weighted,... They were shocked at first but they helped me getting a healthy weight back again. It's still hard but I try to keep thinking positive. When I saw this video I noticed a lot of similarities. It's really hard and I know how it feels. I hope you're doing alright and that you're happy now. I'm trying to love my body more. For anyone who needs a spirit: "I only have one life, i should live it the fullest."

Hi Nevada! I had the same problem as you! Evryone at school started to bully me but I didn't listen , then I took that for real i thought I was fat and I started doing diets and runing evry day for 2-3 houers straight! After 3 months of running evry single day i finally did it! At school evryone was in shock. Then 3 girls lets say my ex-friends started ignoring me all the time. That day I skipped school I went home and I told my parents i wanted to change school , fanilly I changed school!

I can relate, I’m chubby but not fat and you can see everyone’s cheek bones! I used to wonder how they did that, so I did the same thing, I didn’t eat a lot, I didn’t really drink a lot, and I did take diet “tips” and “Tricks”, I didn’t do it for a long period of time but it lasted for around a year or two till I realized it’s all just some silly so called beliefs
