@alicepooper8562 now that I work as a Ford tech I absolutely believe this statement but it won't last long as a drag-only motor if it's run that way it's a street motor that does crazy pulls when you do em
How did you turn the traction control all the way off? Even when I hold the button down and it supposedly shuts it completely down, mine still kicks in if I try to power break a burnout. It will spin the wheels if I’m rolling though. I have the platinum hybrid.
tundras are made to hull and last for a long time. They are not known for their speed. RAM Trx wouldn't last as long as a Tundra. Ram trucks will hit the junkyard before they hit 200 000 miles.
@@kimle2796my uncle works for toyota at one of the assembly plants. He pretty much told me the new tundra is going to last a long time. You just don't want to mess with anything. The most you can do to it without jeopardizing the reliability is the exhaust and maybe a simple tune
Pretty cool, but a tune only f150 ecoboost crew cab will do 12.5’s all day haha. My boss had a f150 with MPT tune, it was faster than his Mustang 😂. We took it to the track and it was doing 12.7’s, it was a platinum crew cab 4x4.
This is why I wanna work for Toyota cause they all have so much tuning potential it's amazing even with the naturally aspirated engines
a tuned ecoboost would dust this time

Now we wait a decade or 2 and start swapping these engines into lighter cars
I want one for my Chevy!
Not a light car but this is the same engine in a Lexus LS500
Was thinking the same thing 😂
Lol, you read my mind.
For sure! That’s a 7000 lb behemoth. I would love to see it in a much lighter rig.
Very good acceleration ♥️♥️♥️
Hennessy performance is working on a TRD pro not sure if it’s tundra or sequoia can’t wait to see what they do to it
no way... thas sick
I’m absolutely choked we never got too have the v8 with the 10 speed
Burnout was legit
I have a similar truck just a different color but I was really wanting to know what does that KP stage 2 all include to the motor

Is the tune detectable by Toyota for warranty? Haha
Is this the hybrid?
Please speed up Toyota Sequoia too
Whats hp and torque?
Na na na na wait hold on i aint know tundra could do this
So when fdid toyota put a voodoo blue trd pro out in the 3rd gen ?
ekano deyince uçacak sandım bende
Is the engine tuned up or just factory?
Tuned
You know HP?
Runs like a factory 5.0 f150 10 speed
is this pro wrapped? I know they don't come in this beautiful color
No it’s a custom color
Would this Tundra be able to give a Ram TRX a good race? This one is very quick
No, not even close. It might beat a stock F150 Ecoboost, but I have seen stock Ecoboosts run similar times.

@toyota
ftr its not tuned, trd pro runs 5.5 on a good track, it got tge peak numbers due to the track\
Is the tundra stock or tuned?
Not bad. As fast as a stock 3.5 EcoBoost.
Swap it into a CRX

Thats a 13.7 not .6 lol
13.69 not 13.7
