Glad that Yanni is totally 100% honest with all his customer, especially when a customer car is damaged. Nice to see as well , that Yanni doesn’t take rubbish from bad staff. Getting rid of rotten eggs prompt , show the rest of the team standards are high .Total respect and a great boss👏🏼👏🏼
Who he get rid of and why?
@@ArsenalContent the twins, the mental toll it takes when your responsible for firing people and cutting their wages is insane pressure.
Celebrating people losing their jobs is strange
@@tghyffhy4389 it depends, if the mistake was a genuine mistake I agree it’s bad to celebrate but if the mistake is from negligence it’s okay to celebrate
@@steve00alt70 it must SUCK if you're doing all that ONLINE as well.
“Send them home faster” was the best choice you could’ve made under that circumstance. Integrity even when it hurts is the only integrity there is. 💯
@Gary Clark I couldn't understand who was sent fast, those twin brothers or someone else ?
@@tejasveedwivedi3495 are those twin fired?
@@talharoxen I'm asking the same thing bro 😑😑
@@tejasveedwivedi3495 No, the twins were just acting out what the fired staff were doing.
@@gekko1970123321 ooooook got it !!!
When I was working in detailing I was doing a brand spanking new BMW X5, customer taking delivery of it later that day - broke the windscreen by a complete accident. Saw the Sales Manager turn into a full force tornado in my managers office, expected to be fired - my manager came to me and told me it was unfortunate, these things happen, be more careful next time and then handed me the keys to the next car I was supposed to detail - Range Rover Supercharged fully loaded. The trust he put in me despite my errors at 17 yr old made a huge difference in my future career.
How you deal with mistakes your employees make can really shape your employees, especially at young age. It's amazing to see this company putting so much trust into young employees.
You know yourself if a window smashes and gets in the cabin, the whole dash has to be replaced.
Can’t have broken glass fly out of air con. Fair play to your boss for sticking up for you.
A good boss will help you out, a bad boss would look just to cut corners
I'd love to know more about Bert.... We've seen a life of Yianni, it would be interesting to understand the life of the Mr Bert, how did he become the MD.
Most of the staff are Greek cypriot, only bert is turkish cypriot as far as i remember, so they are like a small family.
Completely agree. That’s a really good idea
They go halves on the finance

Would like to see more content like this!
Props to your honesty, that goes a long way these days.
I think content about Vinyl Production and Aftercare would be quite interesting. It would help some people understand that vinyl is more than just a big sticker, and also help with looking after the vinyl after you have your car wrapped, such as what to do and what not to do when cleaning, and the consequences of cleaning specific vinyl finishes with the wrong products.
The broken light on yianni's urus is 100% why a couple of tway's ago Yan wasn't happy
Nah it wasn’t, he said the issue included multiple staff, that one was only pav. Also I doubt he’d be that pissed over the light that he’d say it ruined TWAY for 2 whole weeks
Would like too know why he was angry ..
@@leonardowilliams8646 he said it. All the staff went on a night out during covid and didn't turn up ready for work the following day professionally. E.g turned up late and wasnt performing well at work.
word on the street is quite a few staff had a bender and rocked up to work the next day still half cut.
@@michaelandreou4996 where did he say this
This kind of honesty is the best marketing. It’s totally not “you guys mess up too much I’m not gonna bring it in”, but the honest builds trust and people are sure that you guys will do everything to fix the problem. When I was a millionaire, this video would definitely make me more comfortable to bring a car to you guys.
You can sense the honesty and characters of the business shine throughout, it takes a big person to hold their hands up and admit to mistakes. Success is great but mistakes make you and your business
Love this, was wondering the other day what issues they have wrapping customers cars. Trust in a business brings repeat custom and it's so refreshing to hear about the problems aswell as all the amazing wraps they've done. Respect lads
11:40 Honesty is the best policy. Well done Yiannimize and Team
Enjoyed this video. Coming from a fellow wrapper it's interesting to know what issues others have had through the years with wrapping. Being a subbie who's trying to focus more on their own work now, my biggest problems have always been businesses always cutting down fitting time so you end up rushing jobs... and anyone who knows wrapping knows you cannot cut corners if you want to offer the best service.
I really respect this video, I’ve always stuck with companies who go above and beyond to repair mistake even if it’s more than I’d really like to happen compared to a company who makes a mistake once and won’t take ownership
Loved this style of video, more please! Great to see insights into the business.
Watching this makes me want to wrap my cars with you more. Honesty and integrity go a long way!
A pleasure to watch proud people who stand by their brand - Well done!
Honesty is always the best policy. Lovely to see how clear and transparent you and the company are Yanni. Keep up the amazing work
Love this! I work in the same industry and it's refreshing to see transparency. It's comforting to see even the best in the business make errors every once in a while ;)
An absolutely brilliant episode guys. I love your honesty. Remember the man that never made a mistake never made anything 💯👍
Love honesty guys proves even the best in the wrapping games are human!!!!

Love the honesty! Proper customer service hence why top of the game! Kudos!
Very good video and extremely honest, which shows how great you are at your work ensuring you put things right regardless... I truly enjoyed watching this video.
Yes… loving the openness and straight up transparency. No 1 in the game wallop 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Mistakes always happen, the best companies are the ones that are honest, own up and put it right with as little disruption and fuss to the customer, and the real creme de la creme are the ones that go out of their way to help their customer even through no fault of their own, which clearly you have spot on! 👌 Great vid 👍
Ur content is improving 👏👏👏 variety of stuff happening n it's great 🤩
keep up the variation of videos boys, top notch!
Love the variation of TWAY, Drag Races, wrap videos and sit downs videos!
Great video, love the fact that Paul Oz was number 1, that man has such an eye for colour so you were probably lucky he spotted it on Instagram before he came in to collect it! You should get one of his pieces for the office!
Definitely a good video to share! Ins and outs of Yiannimize, open and clear to the customers, no wonder they get loads of returning customers!

Top men Yanni and Bert, there’s not many company’s that would do this type of video, and that’s why you are where you are. Very good content Yianni, continue with these informative videos.
Everyone makes mistakes its all about how it’s dealt with and put right. That’s how I judge a company or person on their mistakes. Great content 👌🏻
Really liking this content keep it up
Your honesty is your strength - well done
Love this … more content like this on the wraps, the business side, your marketing all would be amazing insights. A little Behind the Scenes type theme would be wicked

Best duo from the Yiannimize Family 👌🏼
This type of video is pretty nice guys
Please continue
Glad u guys show honesty
The thumbnail says MISTAIKES instead of MISTAKES. Was that a typo or was it intentional? 😅
love this content, its really informative
Wow that's so transparent for them to make a video about the flaws they made. Respect.
Love this video, super educational and really does highlight how it's not always paradise at work. Somethings I'm interested in: Differences in wrap quality, you mention "we always use quality wrap" in tway but what's that mean vs some cheap one on ebay. Also wrapping cars that are a few years old, a 5 year car comes in, lots of stone chips, tar stuck on, rusty bolts, etc, how do you deal with that? Love the content!!
Nice video
And it's nice knowing about what happened
And honesty is most important
Great chat , and funny 😆 , love you boys 🙌🏻
Waiting for another one 👍, great content
really enjoyed this kind of content
Great content,it's always nice to see new stuff,Hope there's more to come.

Great video, nice to see different content 👍
This is a really nice video, another one would be amazing!! Also, you should do top 10 worst wrapped cars that came to you from other companies(don’t put them on blast tho lol)🤷🏽♂️❤️
Editing staff and production quality 10/10 at the moment!
Nice leaving out the people that didn't want their mistakes known. You guys are awesome
Great video to see it not always goes to plan, thanks very much.
Never knew about the directional wrap! Learn something new every day!
Yeah keep the content coming yianni! 👊
Great videos keep it up 👍
The honesty in ur business is gud. Thats what keeps ur customers coming back
its not about the mistake its how u deal with them that makes a company stand out , keep up the good work
Yanni: "make a mistake once ore twice, but after that it becomes a choice" 🤯 nice one Yan
Love your honesty
I love the content, so I would love to see more of these videos
Great video love watching yianmize
was a good watch, would be good to have more theory talk and behind the scenes breaking down scenes after they have happened as it gives another perspective of once it has happened. good to see more reactions on all sorts of previous experiences...
Its nice how yanni can talk about some mistake’s letting you know that a mistake can be made even if youre the best ,mad respect
Great vid Yian!
great video yanni!!
Yianni, this is great content. Awesome business model of being honest and upfront with your customers. Love the fact that your team will also go above and beyond to be part of a solution and not the problem. Big ups to your business and team
This was actually a nice vid🙌🏾
