    Discussion Questions for “101 Bible Questions” - Eternal Security:
    1. Read John 10:28 and Ephesians 1:13-14. How do these verses together provide assurance of eternal life for believers? In what ways does the imagery of being held in Jesus’ hand and being sealed by the Holy Spirit contribute to your understanding of eternal security?
    2. Reflect on Romans 8:38-39 and 1 Peter 1:4-5. How does the love of God and the power of God work together to ensure the believer’s security? How can understanding this help you in times of doubt or uncertainty?
    3. Examine 1 John 5:12-13 and Philippians 1:6. What do these verses teach about knowing for certain that we have eternal life? How can a believer be confident in their salvation, and how does this confidence affect their daily living?
    4. Read 1 Corinthians 1:8-9. Discuss the faithfulness of God in preserving believers. How does understanding God’s unchanging purpose provide security for the believer?
    5. Consider Romans 8:1, Hebrews 7:25, and Hebrews 10:14. What do these verses say about the believer’s status before God and the work of Christ on their behalf? How do these truths encourage perseverance?
    6. Explore 1 John 2:19 and Jude 1:24. What do these verses say about true belonging in the community of believers and the assurance of being kept secure until the end? How does this challenge or affirm your current understanding of eternal security?

    Hebrews 9:12 is very much self explanatory and goes without saying. If people who wanna believe that we can lose our salvation, the only ground of the fence still have is that when they look at that first they will say "Oh no he didn't. He didn't obtain eternal redemption for us". Well that just proves that they are arguing with scripture

    Can I still be saved if I was born again 25 years ago but fell away into disbelief and deceptions of new age. I came back to the Lord 5 months ago but then read some scriptures which are scary. If I’ve come back to God after so many so many years and truly repented in my heart will he accept me back ? Does Hebrews 6 teach that you cannot have repentancee from God if you fall away ? Please Help. 🙏

      As a Christian, you are safe & secure for ETERNITY! Watch &/or listen to more of Andrew's teachings & you will be reassured of that Truth.

      The 1st part of hebrews 6 is talking about people who have heard the gospel, maybe even have seen miracles and have not belived.
      You as a christian are the body of christ and his bride. Instead or questioning your salvation. Read and study all the verses that say how one comes to salvation. Faith in Jesus.
      Had you walked away from the gospel, or had you walked away from religion?

    Once saved, always saved is false doctrine. Salvation is a life long battle to the end of your earthly life.

      @kaybfx3903 Před 9 měsíci +1

      well then jesus didnt have to die if its a life long battle. then we would just work it out ourselves. lol false

    • @aussierob7177
      @aussierob7177 Před 9 měsíci

      Jesus died so that our sins could be forgiven and we once more had the right to enter heaven. Baptism erases the stain of original sin and any personal sins committed. After Baptism, all sins committed have to be forgiven.@@kaybfx3903

    • @colton7373
      @colton7373 Před 9 měsíci +6

      How? What does that even mean? If our salvation is a "battle" does that mean our works determine if we will stay saved? in that case, all those who go to heaven will be able to boast that they won the fight.
      There is no place for boasting, salvation is by grace through faith alone (Ephesians 2).
      YOU are spreading a false doctrine my friend.
