I think this is wonderful and always thought the Netherlands was a great place to adventure to. You look like you are having fun and glowing. I might suggest using the local taxi companies instead of Uber. I’m all for Uber, but sometimes it’s not very affordable, especially in other countries. When it comes to you being comfortable and social environments cause you pain, it is okay to protect yourself while you are healing yourself. I think this is a great place for you to be, despite the rain. With Dutch girls being hot, maybe you can find a nice woman to hold on to and comfort you on those rainy times. It’s certainly nice to see that you are more at ease.
Tap water is by law filtered and must be drinkable. This based up on the "everyone has the right to have cheap clean drinking water" idea. However that doesn't mean that some area's in the Netherlands have bad water pipes that seriously needs to get replaced or for that matter a different taste due to various reasons. This could be different ideas of teh specific filtering stations in the area or simply neglect. All water that goes into the sewer is filtered at these water purifying stations, yes that means you are drinking the water that goes down your toilet after it was filtered to a very high standard to make it even better then the standards that the law describes. Very happy you are making sure to explain the differences between 'Holland' and the 'Netherlands'. Kudo's to you. I very much agree with you regarding the clothing style, amount of make-up etc that Dutch girls use vs many other countries, specially Asian countries where it seems to be a competition who wears the most haha Turn on the subtitles, trust me will love it haha

its interesting that you think the air here is really clean cause the netherlands is actually has one of the worst air polution in Europe (specially around Rotterdam). BUT, that said I never felt like I was breathing bad air. Maybe its all the constant wind blowing it away? :p also, happy you enjoy it here. gg
